We started off as tenants with this company now my wife is an onsite manager they have great apartments and a management staff is professional if it all for some reason you don't qualify they will tell you what you can if anything to do to get approved as well as most places will just tell you sorry you don't qualify

The worst property management ever! We are living in a NIGHTMARE! They are known as Eccleston Association = AKA extremely annoying and scandalous management company. This month we are new tenets with no running water in our kitchen (for 14 days now). Our family moved into a filthy condo, after signing a contract with them stating they had it “cleaned”. I have video and pictures that show otherwise. It is apparent, that all this management company cares about is money. Not the important things like fixing a kitchen sink, cleaning the mold, black dust, and the “repaired” carpet that is falling apart. I’ve tried to be understanding, nice, and get a response to fix our kitchen sink, for food and to have running water. I can’t cook nor rinse my dishes. Regrettably, we are on the third week living here; we are mad, tired, disappointed, and discussed, because of EA managements apparent lack of professionalism, empathy, and lack of customer service. This office desperately needs employees with less attitude, and gear more towards making their paying consumers happy. Maybe one day they will finally realize that happy customers = more business.

If you are looking for an honest Managment company stay clear of Kelly and Eccleston Managememt. Most disloyal people I have ever dealt with. Not only do they not know anything about HOA Management they say whatever they need to, to keep people "happy". They take the easy way out constantly to get by.

Evansport Apartment’s in Rosedale 93312 are managed by Eccleston Association now also Kelly management. Do not manage your property here or rent here as I am Tenant here with many issues. First of all there’s no walk through when renting or walk through when leaving your property at end of lease. The sprinkler systems are defaulted and broken resulting in over watering or falling from the water on the side walk. They say no loud music no parities but every other neighbor does exactly that. Opened garage full of parties until 1-2am. No pest control spiders webs and spiders throughout the property. Trash cans full of trash in / outside the bins. Pets are pooping in yards large animals more than 10 pounds.
Lights not working outside garage doors and dark properties. No need in creating a work order they will send a non licensed maintenance worker to your home. This is not a well managed professionally or physically great place to live.

Run. Just run. Do not give your business to Kelly management. They will manage to fail at managing your property whether you are the owner or tenant.

We live in an HOA, the security company that Kelly management has contracted has very poor attitude and are doing things they should not do. I have emailed Kelly management several times and asked for a call back about our concerns. They very unprofessional will not email me back or return my call. If you want resolution this is not the company to go with.
