Kelly-Moore Paints, Brentwood CA

I went to the kelly moore yesterday i ordered some paint and they didn't shake it, the match I ordered a week ago wasn't ready til I got there and asked them if they had it, even months ago I asked one of the employees to do a match and he said he couldn't do it and that he needed a 24 hour notice to do it so I had to go to Antioch just to get a match. Unbelievable i always hear people saying bad experiences on this store and I can definitely confirm its a bad store.

Cory (spelling?) Was great. She answered my questions over the phone then helped me when I came in shortly after.

One of the best Kelly More store I have visited they been Very polite, very helpful and very respectful, (Adam Justin).

We haven't even purchased our paint, yet, but Rene was so helpful in directing us to color selection guides and helping us with everything else that we will surely be buying our paint here!

Better than a lot of other Kelley moore stores. The staff is always changing though.the new people working there are doing fine but the staff they had there about two years back (Larry, Chris, and a few other guys) were really good.its too bad they let those guys go.

Great experience! Was tired of being ignored at the big home improvement stores, nice to talk to knowledgeable folks that gave me some painting tips.thanks for the good service.

Real painters use Kelly Moore not Home Depot Kelly Moore paint has more moxie it last longer it stretches it's the stuff that you want to paint your house with because it lasts especially if it's put on right

I always get great customer service when I visit the Brentwood store. The manager, Adam, is always helpful and has time to answer any of my questions. I recommend visiting this store for your painting needs.

We use this Kelly Moore as one of our main suppliers for our business and go in multiple times a week. Nothing but helpfulness and service. Sometimes they're busy and it takes some time. However this is what happens when employees are thoroughly helping customers and not wandering around the store like you see in the big box stores.
