Kelly Services, Ontario CA

I finished the online on-boarding and Now they won't answer nor- reply to any of my calls and emails.
I feel like they're just stealing my personal information.

Worst agency to work for they don't reply to your messages and do not answer or return calls.
I had gotten into a little incident at the job, had to take the drug test twice because of their bad communication with the clinic they sent me to.
My drug test results came back negative and even sent them copy's but never received a call back or nothing to see when i can go back to work.
Andrew Zelaya onsite recruiter was pretty cool but Josh Christie my representative was the worst doesn't even live in California.
Will never apply through them again. Listen to all the other bad reviews on here and Do not waste your time!

I was offered a great job by the company I was working at (Schneider Logistics) the main boss came up to me and told me to get hired on asap, only to find out I was sidestepped by Kelly services. They requested I get hired on but Kelly services did nothing and left me out to dry, I tried to go back but I was blacklisted.what a sham. Hindsight is 20/20.

If I can put no stars I would, Joanne Tovar is so unprofessional. She doesn't listen, she hear what she want to here, she try to be right about everything when she don't know nothing. She is very disrespectful and need to be fired because how unprofessional she is. She literally argues with the employees and talk to them disrespectfully. Like she doesn't deserve her job at all.

They won't return your call if your life depends on it. The phone doesn't even ring. Extremely poor communication.

Thank you to Kelly services for giving me a 2nd chance of giving me a new job assignment, I know in the past I did Walk out from the job I promise this time I won't, I can't wait to start working soon

The dialogue between the recruiter and the employee at the Ontario branch is extremely poor. Messages are not immediately passed along in the office, there aren't responses to emails, nor do they return calls in a timely fashion. It is unfortunate that they would prefer to get rid of some hard working employees with a perfect attendance record rather then to take responsibility for their lack of communication. Things happen, but if you miss one thing, even if you try to call, email or explain the situation long ahead of time, be prepared to be shunned and for them to act as if you didn't try to reach out. It seems like all they care about is filling slots and if you "try to make them look bad" watch out. We dealt with Karla and it seemed great at first, but things went sour after she was spoken to about the issue of not responding to any calls, emails or office messages early in the morning. She specifically said she does not respond to early morning calls, but after trying to inform her of a situation even later in the morning we still got nothing. Only until after it was time to show, all of a sudden we receive a rude phone call. Messages at the office were left as well. It's not at all professional, so as a warning just be careful who you are dealing with at this agency. They may not care to listen about what you have going on, they may just care about their quota. I'm honestly so disappointed.

I HATE working for this company every time they create a problem for me they give me the runaround when I'm trying to fix it as if I was the one who created the problem. Most of the time they don't even help me fix the problem I just have to wait until Time fixes the problem itself. The second I get converted I'm going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau

I love love love this company I have been with them for almost a year.they have been there for me through two hospital stays and kept my job for me.you must communicate with them and do your job hands down and be very dependable and they will have your back I was offered a permanent position two months on my first sight, I only refused because I'm waiting on the right company for me. They don't have your back let alone they terminate you over the most smallest things possible. They lie about work and put you on a permanent ban so you can never work with them again very unprofessional and I recommend anyone looking for work look elsewhere And I really mean look Elsewhere.

Kelly has always been there for me when I'm in need of work, and they work fast too. Great staff, did l definitely worth working for.

So lucky that most people here got David, while me on the other hand kept getting girls to help me with finding work. It’s true they do terminate you for small reasons, and morlin or whatever her name is does not inform you that you are not able to apply for their agency anymore for a small reason. Very unprofessional and rude.

Not allowed to let you use the restroom? !? Liars. No class. That alone should tell you what kind of business they run here.

I actually give them no stars. At first they send me to a good company but when there was a conflict at Ormco IN GLENDORA they didnt have are back. ORMCO back up LEAD is racial i dont recommend people even though i still have a feel people left but not a good company

“No jobs available” I re applied almost 1 year ago. I do not recommend! They say “we should pick up by next week or by next month” the week or month came and still “slow”. Thanks Sharon but u do not understand my frustration for work. Thanks for nothing.

Rude and Dont appreciate there workers. They will terminate you for small reasons. One of the worst agencies to work for with low pay and no benefits. Your better off working at Wal-Mart or food4less
