Kelvin Court Apartments, Irvine CA

I highly recommend if someone want safe and good work from the leasing office staff, Kelvin court staff is excellent.
My closet door hinge broken, need take out the clothes from inside so
I request for that and Carlos came quickly for the repaired.
I been here Kelvin Court years and years, leasing office staffs are always kind and they do great work even during the Covid 19, when I email for the work order they resolved right away.
I love leasing office management team working accurately and quickly.

We just moved in to an apartment here and so far so good! The leasing team was very attentive and helpful and I really like that the complex is quaint and quiet.

Amazing place too live I enjoy my time when I lived in this property.my favorite part was having the pool or either the gym for myself also people are very friendly

Move in day was a breeze Mark was wonderful and very heloful and charming. This place is spacious and very nice with a wonderful view if the pool. I'm too busy to enjoy the nice gym but I'm sure that I will.

This place will tow residents who park in guest spots. I did it once when my guest was parking in my spot with a proper guest tag in place. My permanent resident parking permit was in place and I was towed 20 miles away - $330 and management was unsympathetic. Meanwhile permanent residents use the guest spots as second permanent spots using guest tags

Mark and Ralph made our application process a stress free experience. Very accommodating. Mitchell made us feel welcome for our 1st day picking up keys. A great introduction to the community. Fantastic Team

I live on the 3rd floor. It's nice but a bit too pricey considering the limited amenities (kitchen counter space, small gym w/no stairmaster).

If they raise the rent again, I will consider moving over to another apartment, like Main Street or The Residence off Kelvin; which are newer and offer better amenities (rooftop lounge, pool, large 24 hr gym on 1st floor, etc) for the price.

Pros: Overall quietness, location, and their friendly professional maintenance staff (Francisco U & Jose H.) are an asset to their property.

Cons: Neighbor's animals pee in the corridor to the elevator and it smells up the whole corridor. Owners aren't thoughtful enough to clean up after themselves. Front entrance feels like a back-door entrance to the elevator for guests. Gym is limited for your back, squats, cardio days. Gym has no stair-master. Strange concrete stains. HVAC dust issues. I had to invest in a HEPA-filter to stop my coughing. There is such thing as 'building sickness syndrome'. Business center used to have computers and printer in 2013. It has been empty and useless (as tenants we're paying extra for a useless room) since 2013.
The property's architecture is weird. The old building needs to be torn down and rebuilt as its architecture wastes space on their grounds (small gym, no 'same floor' bathroom access for downstairs lounge area, no direct access from BBQ pit to tables in pool area, no direct access from clubhouse to pool area as door is weld shut). The kitchen is VERY SMALL for a 2 bedroom - not enough counter-space for cooking/prep work. The trees they planted at the front entrance gates, shed flowers and gross seeds, which stain the concrete and make the grounds look dirty for new arrivals and guests.

I've been living at the Kelvin Court for some years, and I love this place! The location is great and the rooms/bathrooms are very large. Mark in the leasing office is extremely helpful and always accommodating. Maintenance guys are amazing as well. All the staff are super nice and kind.

I've been here for about 2 years, 7 months and I could kick myself daily for not moving out when my lease was up the last time. I live in a ground floor apartment and the crazy amount of noise from above has been an ongoing daily nightmare! The stomping, wall crashing, heavy slamming, banging, etc, is nonstop. You can never expect to have a quiet evening or sleep in on a weekend. I'm counting the months to be able to get out of this horrible situation. If you want even an hour's worth of quiet, don't rent an apartment here with anyone above you (not sure about the top floor). Unless you happen to get lucky with decent neighbors (I wouldn't count on it), you'll be very sorry. Feel free to contact me if you are thinking of moving here and want more info.

I really like my beautiful and spacious apartment, the swimming pool to enjoy summer and the gym to keep me in good shape. The Maintenance team always respond to service request for my apartment in good time and ready to fix the problem. The management team answer all my questions very professional and respectfully. I hardly recommend this community!

Place exceeded our expectation. Very clean and very nice. Amenities are clean and well kept.
Close to many shopping, cafes, and restaurants. Office people are very nice and respond to our requests quickly and professionally, same with maintenance. We highly recommend it for anyone moving to this area.
