KEMPER Infinity Insurance Agency, Gardena CA

Just called this company to request a vehicle quote. After they answered, I said Hi good evening, (in Spanish: Hola buenas tardes!) he said I don't speak Spanish and hung up the phone. I called right back as I also speak perfectly English but no answer. Sadly, they didn't give me a chance, so they just lost a customer.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE INSURANCE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS, THEY WANT TO CHARGE MORE THAN 1500 JUST FOR LIABILITY INSURANCE

The customer service is so bad. On the phone it randomly decided to switch to Spanish but even the Spanish was completely incomprehensible. I have been trying to make contact for a week.but its so frustrating I have to mentally prepare.this morning, finally I was able to get someone on the phone.she muted the phone and then just didn't get back on. I would rather risk a ticket and go uninsured than ever have to deal with this company again.its like a joke

I’ve been with this company over eight years now that they changed the name they change the policy and full coverage insurance does not include roadside service. Being a loyal customer doesn’t have it perks in this company. Will be looking for another insurance.

Horrible experience! Do not go with this company. First off I contacted the representative a few days after signing the policy with questions and concerns. He brushed me off and never got back to me. It’s his job to follow up with clients concerns and questions. They said I had a no fault accident on my record. I called Lexis Nexis and they confirmed what I already knew that I did not have an accident on my record. I sent Kemper’s customer service an email which they never responded to. I followed up with another email with the LexisNexis Report showing no accident and they not only didn’t respond but blocked my email as I was asking them for a refund for the overcharges for the supposed accident. One of the worst insurance companies I’ve ever dealt with in my life and the only reason why I had to deal with them is because I got a DUI. If it wasn’t for that I would definitely be with a whole Nother insurance company. They are lazy disrespectful I still haven’t even got in my pink slip. This infinity insurance is not cheap anymore 700 dollars I get the estimate and I have gone to another office and the same better avoid estimates with recognized insurance there are many that really give fair prices
