18They are thieves, and scammers. They totaled my truck and payed only half for what it's worth. They lied about paying me for repairs and upgrades.
I would give this a negative 100 if I could. I was involved in a small accident that the other driver was at fault. But Kemper, especially this Steve Akinele or dusty, self-hating Akata fool, performed the same, pathetic act of saying its my fault, that old chestnut. So we requested a reconsideration form, never received it but they ended up paying the 80% of my car HAHAAAAAA. Theyre widely known to stall but somehow my mechanic managed to make them pay. Now to cancel them for good. I ONLY had them because they're dirty cheap and they do go against California laws. I pray they will ALL get there's. I put a curse on them. DO NOT GET THEM! YOU ARE WARNED. So long Kemper losers.
Just doubled my policy from 168 to $350 these people are absolute criminals who care nothing about their clients or their coverage all they care about is getting as much money as they possibly can without their clients knowing. How could you double someone's policy I think that's going to be okay for one vehicle like are you out of your mind these people try to trap you in a corner with their policies and say hey you can't drive without a policy they even put it in their paperwork when they send you invoices and bills these people need to re-establish their values and get out of their greedy era do not trust his people with anything
I let my insurance lap for 5 days, I was a customer for years. They screwed up my auto pay and it costed me $500, I pleaded with them and they laughed in my face. The rudest people
Get a new insurance, horrible service and charging you without giving you the service that they are supposed to be given.
I had used Kemper insurance for over a year. Another company bought them or merged with them and apparently none of my autopay information was transferred over. I technically did not have insurance for the last 3 months because of this. They did not reach out to let me know. When I called for clarification, that was what I was told. I asked to start a new policy and they transferred me to their sales department where I spoke with Laura Cortez. She asked me many questions to get a quote with another company. After providing this, she let me know it would be $225 to start my new policy. I was ready to pay that day, however, she let me know I would need to send in my marriage certificate first. After providing this, I did not get a response. I followed Up 2 days later and was told I now need to send in pictures of my car. After providing this, I did not get a response. I followed up another 2 days later, no response, it has now been 2 weeks since attempting to start a new policy with them and I have Still received no response on my 3 follow up emails. At the very least, I expect professionalism and communication as this is a very important and urgent subject. This shows they hold no consideration for their customers and are showing up just for a paycheck. I am forced to call around for new quotes although the reason my policy stopped in the first place was on them. Overall shocked and unhappy with this experience.
They're a bunch of thieves that insurance policies fluctuate. I called them and I told him the number don't add up that I have records. They make threats and they even hung up on me. That's what I told them. There was a big liability if you building up because my bank records do not lie. They were trying to tell me that I own 315 for the month of July which I already have records that I paid him $200 with my bill was be very careful with this idiots there a ripoff.
I wish I could give them zero stars. One of the worst insurance companies to exist, I was quoted a different price for coverage and they tried to charge me a different price than quoted. Obviously I cancelled, then for a payment they charged me 30 dollars for my monthly payment. Then they tell me it’s my fault for not paying them the whole amount when they are supposed to automatically bill my card. Now after two months they still want me to pay because of an error they made. DO NOT USE KEMPER

Do not get insurance with this company even if it is the cheapest. It is the cheapest for a reason I was rear-ended and they have done nothing for me haven't fixed any damages and I got through into collections after I paid my bill so I do not recommend this insurance at all do not get this insurance I am going on all websites to leave you guys a bad review because you guys do not deserve to be in business ripping people off and doing shady business.
I really can't give this company any star My oldest son was Killed! By a drunk driver and they had this Insurance they sent all these letters, they have not answered any of my husband's phone calls or called him back! They whole my family, my grandson a lot of money nothing will bring my son back they have no remorse at least pay for your claim! We're going to the news You will see about your insurance company all over the media

Brandon McShan loss adjuster has had my car since February 9th 2023. My accident and reporting of my accident was on the 27th of January. I have Been calling him every day since the 9th of February 2023 and he will not return my calls. That is very unprofessional. It is February 27th and I still have not received a call from Brandon McShan loss adjuster Has anyone else had this experience with Brandon Mcshan loss adjuster And is this how Kemper/Infinity car insurance do business. Read all these people reviews before signing up with these agency. Even if it is not your fault in the car accident and you have full coverage premium policy, they wont pay you a dime for different ridiculous reasons. Will hire attorney to go after them. And yes, they answer your call once in 3 weeks.
My first and worst car insurance ever. Do not get this insurance. They’re a scam and it’s impossible to reach their customer service. I just got told I will be receiving a $50 cancellation fee which isn’t too bad but I’ve seen other reviews for $500 cancellation fees. I got stuck on the highway from a flat tire a couple months back and I swear after 3 hours of getting transferred multiple times and receiving different numbers from them to call I was getting the same man who kept telling me they didn’t offer tow services when I was paying for that coverage AND giving me a different number. What’s the point of my $100+ car insurance bill if I’m not getting covered… wish I could give negative stars.
Worst auto insurance out there! My vehicle has been at the dealership getting a repair in the engine, the car got fixed and we are just waiting on insurance! I have contacted them multiple times and they are extremely unprofessional and just call you inpatient. Find car insurance elsewhere!
Everything everyone has said about them is true. Worst experience ever, rude, disrespectful, customer service reps and team leaders are the worst no Respect and they do do care to respond to a voicemail message or email.
