Don’t plan on staying there too long. If you need a stop gap job ok, you stay there too long they’ll find a reason to fire you. The ‘pay’ your health care after 10 years and that gets expensive so you’ll give up your health, this is a demanding job, you are working with carcinogens and they offer no safety precautions against that.
In the long run you’ll get fired, u are a huge expense to them. They’ll replace you with an inexperienced person who makes the same mistakes but it’s in a way a lot cheaper to them because of the healthcare costs.
