My car has been broken into four times and the manager doesn’t do anything about it. We have an ongoing joke with anyone that comes visit and says “the gate is broken AGAIN? ” We say that it’s broken because the washing machines work because if it’s not one thing it’s the other. They charge for a parking permit but so many cars don’t have one so there’s never parking spots open. The elevator is SKETCHY, definitely pray a little prayer before you get in because if it’s not all the way broken and out of service, the ride is not gonna be smooth and your heart will skip a couple of beats. The staff is so rude, and don’t know how to communicate. They’re never open, they’ve even taken their hours out on Google because they just randomly choose when the office is open. The apartment is spacious and that’s why we’ve stayed so long, but the new rent is not worth it. Nothing in the apartment works, I feel like things are being held together by Elmer’s glue or something. The fire alarm doesn’t work, the sliding door is always broken even though we’ve asked them to fix it, half of the screens on every apartment I’ve seen is off because they’re so cheap. Our fridge is broken, the oven light doesn’t work, the vinyl floor is so cheap and uneven (as in there are dips in our floor), and they turn the water off very very often. Again, the only reason we stayed is because our rent was so cheap but we looked at how much it costs now and we would never pay that much to live here. If you can spare a few more dollars to go somewhere safer (especially if you have kids) and actually functioning, please do. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. We’re literally downsizing and looking for one bedroom apartments for us and our baby that cost more just to get out of here. I suggest you look somewhere else before prices go up too high at places that are worth living in.
