I highly recommend Kenny G and Co. I was searching for several months for the perfect ring, shopped 10+ stores until someone recommended I try Kenny G. I stopped in on my lunch break and told them what I was looking for and showed them an image of the ideal shape and style. To my surprise Kenny had a ring that met my exact needs, he helped choose the perfect stone and the ring turned out beautiful. (He perfectly explained how diamonds are made, graded and was so thorough yet efficient to help me understand what all the grading meant). This is a place that still offers great customer service and makes you feel like more than a transaction. I recommend Kenny G to everyone. Since my initial visit I have purchased 3 rings and even a platinum dipped rose from them. Go see Kenny or Mackenzie if you want great service!

Was on my way today to visit Shane Co in Roseville for a Graduation gift for my Daughter. She's been at University for 5 years, and deserves something very special. But our budget was tight. Michael took the time to figure out a solution, and sold me a beautiful Pearl Bracelet that she will cherish for ever. I called ahead to ensure they did watch sizing and the lady that answered was super friendly. When I came in they helped me right away, the place is clean and beautiful with a ton of jewelry, it just took a couple moment and they sized my watch to fit perfectly! They didn’t charge me they just had me donate to the make a wish foundation! It was so beautiful. Highly recommend them for any jewelry needs, I’ll be going to them for our engagement rings

I took my ring in November to have four new prongs put on it because my stone had fallen out and they fixed it and it cost me a lot of money. Now it is October less than a year and my stone fell out which I've lost and my prongs were busted which they charged me $180 to replace. They only warrant their work for 30 days. If I'd know that, I would have gone somewhere else! Now I don't have my ring or a stone.

My husband and I have been customers of Kenny G for the past 16 years. He took me to Kenny G to see what kind of ring I liked, and proposed shortly thereafter. When he took me there, I didn’t pick a ring or setting just for the sake of it, I liked a solitaire with the Tiffany setting and chose the smallest white gold band to match. I wasn’t in a hurry to pick a wedding set and as a matter of fact, it took me three years to find the set that caught my eye. I chose simple bands with a row of diamonds and that year for Christmas, my husband gave me the engagement band and wedding band as my Christmas present, and for our fifth year wedding anniversary he gave me a matching band to complete the set.

We are approaching our 16th wedding anniversary, and my wedding set was recently redesigned. Instead of trading the center stone in or changing the wedding band, we kept the original bands and center stone. They’re sentimental, and I wanted to keep them. Michael Gordon at Kenny G was more than patient with me. Again, I wasn’t in a rush to make a decision and I took my time looking at options before deciding what I really liked. Kenny G did an outstanding job redesigning my ring and sent me photos of what it would look like before they started.

Now the center stone has a new mount and a halo, and I couldn’t be happier! If you’re looking for an experience where you can take your time and not feel rushed, give Kenny G & Co, a chance. We’ve been loyal customers for 16 years and we couldn’t be happier.

I recently got engaged and was looking for somewhere that did resizing in-house in hopes of being able to get my ring resized quicker because I really wanted to be able to wear it. So my fiance and I stopped at Kenny G to inquire about this service since after a little research we saw they did that. The lady that was helping us told us that they wouldn't be able to resize the ring because they weren't comfortable doing it (had to go up 1.5 sizes) and that was fine. It was the arrogant comment that came after that has bugged me since. She looked at us and asked, "Is it from Costco? " I was so taken aback because first no, no it's not (!) and second even if it was who cares! I don't care if you think a ring came from a gumball machine, who are you to ask that? I get maybe she was asking because it would have made a difference in resizing because maybe the quality wouldn't be the best for resizing or something but she could have easily just asked where the ring was from. Her tone behind the question was very judgmental as well, like we were beneath being in the store. We definitely will not go back to that store ever for any of our jewlery purchases! There are many other jewelry stores in the area with staff that are helpful and welcoming!

After all these years my reviews keep getting deleted. The consumer cannot speak their truth Kenny? Kenny instantly reports my post! So here it is again. I have had many pieces gifted to me and diamonds have fallen out. The biggest one was my emerald cut engagement ring. The large center stone fell out! Its terrible, I was devastated. He slandered me with misuse of the ring, accused me of taking the ring out with pliers! Disgusting and insulting accusations! Kenny himself was so rude to me, yelling and screaming at me on the phone making terrible accusations. Kenny would not live up to the warranty card, and did not help with any of the repairs. So I went to a few other jewelers, they said the ring was poorly made. I found that Galleria of Jewelry was the very helpful and made me a strong, non faulty ring. Buyers beware!

Today McKenzie assisted me. She was exceptional in understanding a number of characteristics I was looking for and helped me find a magnificant pair of earrings in my price range. Felt like a queen.

If you want to do business with a jewelry company you can trust 100%, 100% of the time, treat yourself to a visit to Kenny G & Co. If you want the true experience, I suggest the Citrus Heights Location, this is where Kenny spends the majority of his time and he is a treat to deal with.

Just want to let everyone that you will not regret working with these guys. They performed a small miracle for me by getting my ring back to me so I could propose last week before my fiancé flew across country.
Aside from this they were super upfront and friendly. There was no up selling or pressure. They are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and they make you feel like family instantly.
If you are looking for that small jewelry intimacy, but the big company warranties I suggest going with Kenny G and Company!

Found my diamond studded Cyma watch that I thought movers had stolen years ago. The battery was dead and I called the store to find out if they could change the battery. Woman on the phone was great and I went to the store. The young man who changed the battery was very informative about my watch and changed the battery in less than 10 minutes. Then he took my watch and thoroughly cleaned it.all for $15!
Went out to do some shopping and realized I had lost weight during the past 15 years and the watched was dangling on my wrist. Went back to the store and asked another young clerk if he could take out a link from the band. No problem! Out of the store in less than 10 minutes with a gorgeous watch that now fits great.no charge!

First time visit. Went in to see what was available and one of the associates kept hinting and making comments that some of the items I was looking at were a bit "expensive". Won't be going back. There are other jewelry stores around here that I am sure won't make me feel as if I can't afford something (when I actually can).

It's shame because I live 5 minutes walk away and they do have a nice selection.
