Kenora Terrace Apartments, Spring Valley CA

It's great to have Dina as the property manager. Her enthusiasm and care are excellent, but what makes me most happy is that Dina handles all issues surprisingly quickly and efficiently. It has been a problem in the past for me to contact the old manager about the kitchen or toilet that stopped working for weeks, but since Dina came, she has consistently surpassed my expectations with her work efficiency. Overall, very impressed.

Beautiful Property! I had the pleasure to tour the property with Manager Dina. She was very inviting. I have been looking for a place to live for awhile and think I just found what I was looking for. Very kid friendly environment with the playground and love that there is a washer and dryer in unit.

Personally have not been approved to move in yet, but as an apartment hunter, I have seen many apartments that look appealing online and a hot mess in person, however, these apartments look exactly like the pictures. This place has a very nice vibe too.

I used to live at Kenora Terrace in 2012. This place has completely changed. The new owner has done an amazing job. I just toured a unit with Karina and she was AWESOME! She was helping maintenance change the lighting and even though the office is closed on the weekend, she still took the time to show us the property and a very beautiful unit! I’m not looking to move until the Summer but I definitely found a NEW place to call home! I can’t wait!
