They are very friendly, they are bilingual. First government office that is very friendly.

I say this only because I went there expecting them to be open per gaps and there's a sign on the door saying closed for holidays. Hoping in the future, they update gmaps with holiday hours. Two other people showed up at the same time, one of which had driven an hour to get here.
