Kern County Fair reviews
9I wish it had more of a scenery like the Fresno Fairgrounds do, but it is what it is a large plot of land for different events. Nothing really special as far as appearances but it holds some really fun events. Like comic con and bak-anime!
Everything was delicious and the kid enjoyed their time for dinner, desserts, and a bunch room to burn that sugar off. Definitely wanna go back and try some of the other get options out there Again Thursdays night out for dinner at the fairgrounds.
Outdoor Sportsmans show, good variety of booths. Rain kept a lot of folks away. Hope for a better turn out tomorrow. Nice venue.
Great place. With many different events taking place. Sportsman Boat and RV Show. A lot of vendors and food. Awesome show.
RV was great! Nice variety of trailers! Cool small booth vendors. Fun food choices too! Nice way to spend the day!
The fair is smaller than before COVID. Prices are way too high - even gor a fair. This is our third County Fair this summer and prices of food were noticeably higher than other fairs!
You cannot have only one way to park
It took us 30 minutes to get in and park you have to fix that
Other than that the outdoor vent was well ran we enjoyed ourselves
Okay so I went to Boots in The Park at the fair grounds; the music line up was good however there was literally no seating; now I know a lot of people brought their own but as this was my first time going I looked at the website nowhere did it say bring your own seating. Be that as it may they did have picnic tables near the food trucks and holy moly were they expensive. $31 for a nacho type fry and a bottle of water. Now I don't drink but I can only imagine the price of a beer. It was a lot of fun though just recommend eating before you go and definitely bring a chair.
For a fair ground it out dated old and would be nice to see it ge some upgrades. Was there for home garden show selling art so the events they have there are good.
