I was very disappointed to not have received the help that I needed… the people that work here genuinely don’t care about you. They just hire anybody. I’ve also been calling the ortho department and nobody ever answers their phone either. I will be switching elsewhere.

I fractured my pinky finger and have never been without insurance to where I needed emergency MediCal. This process began last week and today I’m diagnosed and was able to see a hand specialist for it, a blessing since I work with my hands. Dr. Malerich was in the room when I was getting my X-ray and was absolutely thorough and Amazing in answering all my questions and concerns. Laly worked with doctor to find me the proper brace for my function and work. Ranisha directed me well and got me all the documents I needed to return to work without a problem. The ladies at check-in Emily and Adriana are bright smiling faces that are so ready to help in any way. The wait was the only downside, but to be understood.
Thank you everyone that takes their time to care for us in pain and distress. I know I’m so very grateful for each and everyone of you today! Keep up the Great Work

I have been with my doctor here for a long time. Kern Medical center is a training facility

Extremely rude people. Can run their mouth but not there for health care. Just complained during visit over an ultrasound they poorly performed. This place is just an insurance scam.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My problem is they NEVER answered phone and then they never call back if you leave message. I go there for pain management and have been out of my meds for 2 days and can’t get ahold of anyone to refill my prescription

I mean if u don’t have appointment it’s walk in so get there early besides that people where great nice doc was great

If you wanna die, this cardiology clinic will help you. Had heart ultrasound 03-06-23, have wait till June for results. Damn drs think patients don't know about patient portal. All your results are posted there. When you have appointment, you're aware, have questions regarding results. Appointment receptionist just as lame, No Empathy in this clinic. Dr Winn same thing.
Cardiologist Dr G won't give you results months later. Go to Medical Legal, get copies before your appointment. Drs And Student doctors, lie to your face. They Will Not let you see other cardiologist.
Go to Central Cardiology if you want to live and be respected.

Kern medical has the longest wait time ever. You can never get ahold of anyone and if you have to be transferred to a specialist they put you back in line all over again to wait I don't understand why can't each department have a li e of their own. Ridiculous

This place.is a mostly.county.paid.facility. I have an ENORMOUS, amount, of medical issues.from a bad accident. They were always.really nice to me! Courtesy.goes.a. Long.way.ppl. Be nice, they will be nice, to you too! No.medical place, unless you have, oodles of money.is gonna act like the Hilton!
