13Well my dr I seen was rude every thing wrong with me she said quit smoking I ask for caught medical I have cold and I felt like my lungs were filling up and my throat was soar and couldent stop coughing up flem she said quit smoking I told her my grandsons have the same and they don't smoke she said no quit smoking I went to the clinic after leaving they gave me antibiotics and cough medican
Worst possible place to try and make an appointment. My Dr sent me here for a diabetic eye exam and they wouldn't even make me an appointment here
All the "drs" who work here barely speak English theyre all from India, Arabia, or of Middle Eastern race. I'm tired of being seen by foreigners they have the worst attitude ever and they don't speak English. These people are here with a work visa and act entitled and condescending like they were trained to back in their countries. I want to be seen by a doctor who speaks English and isn't arrogant.
It deserves no stars, been trying to get help since car hit me Dec 21 /2021 5;22 pm now it's August 222022 12;56 pm gave me another appointment for 08/23/2022 9 am, broken neck, collar bone out the socket, shoulder too, 4 ribs fractured left 1 right, broken jaw, broken bone floating in right lol knee, no help yet for anything, you'll be late for your appointment, they'll make sure of it, then want to reschedule again,
So friendly and willing to help. Primary or specialty doesn't matter the providers that I've seen genuinely care about me and help me be healthy and happy.
Amazing how wonderful the staff is from the front desk to the girls in the back they all have treated me wonderful, everything is very clean they all use a mask and patients are also asked to use a mask and if you don’t have one they’ll provide one for you. Cristina thank you so much I fell like I had personal assistant when it comes to my health, thank you for always returning my calls and keeping me up to date, with out your help things wouldn’t have been easy, I really appreciate you Cristina and Dr Amin I’m very happy you’re my doctor and so happy you explain everything to me and making sure my questions are answered even tho you explain everything to the max. I couldn’t be In better hands. I also want to thank Dr Rivera she did my last surgery and she was always very kind and very professional thank you Dr Rivera.
Stay away from this place! My kids got to urgent care more then their dr at sagebrush. The drs never want to give any meds. The lab takes hours just to register you. They are lazy and have attitude problems. Dr Ailyum would rather a kid suffer then to help them and get any meds. Today I took my 2 yr old he has been coughing for weeks he's miserable. He said he wanted to test for tb and will see him back in a few week's. I blew up and I don't care. These drs need to know they aren't doing their job. My husband gets seen at sagebrush also he has lupus his drs don't take his health seriously. His neds are never filled and we can't get through to anyone. Sagebrush needs to be closed down!
When I had an vehicle injury, I made sure I made appointment right away with my doctor. So I can get a referral for physical therapy. My doctor was very kind, patient and understanding. Prescribed me medication for pain for my back and shoulder. Within a few days I got a phone call that a referral was put in for physical therapy. Which has been helping me out a lot. I didn't wait for a long time to be seen. When I told the staff I had a concussion. They were understanding and was able to write things down for me or direct me where I needed to go. So I wont forget. I felt very welcomed.
Bring your time sheet. What's the purpose of having Drs Appt. Have wait 3 hrs.
Apparently, Cervical Cancer Is Not High Risk
Greeted so rudely as soon as I walked in I was assisting a new mom out the door by holding it open she had her new born in her hands and I currently am 8 months pregnant so I do not move to fast. As soon as I turn around and grab my three year olds hand the lady who takes the temperature was already so flustered and staring at me so rudely. I at this point still had no idea who she was we were literally like 6 inches away face to face she obviously don’t know personal space boundaries and I asked? Oh are you going to take my temperature she said why else would I be standing here what you never been here before I said yes before covid! And then I just got furious! Got to the check in desk and they stared at me as if I was at blame and gave me bad service as well! Definitely changing providers! I highly recommend that staff be trained and not be so confrontational!
I have the BEST Health Care Team EVER here. They sometimes have lengthy wait times on the phone & w/some appointments, but they will find you the help that you need! I can trust them w/Covid updates and contact me personally if there has been any changes in my Health that needs attention. For Clinic Physicians, they get to know you & are the BEST at keeping track of my Health needs!
Literally the worst. My appointment was at 9: 45 they have a 15 minutes policy if you’re 15 minutes or more late you have to reschedule.got here at 9: 30 for my appointment with OB/GYN.it’s now 12: 30 and i still have not been seen.
Unfortunately I have had one of the worst experiences with Dr Ruby Paz during a first patient visit. This practitioner was beyond rude when discussing my diagnosis, she looked at me and said you don’t have lupus, people with lupus have heart pleurisy and you don’t. I told her that is not true in every case, my family memebers have it and never had heart issues from it until their late 60’s, I have lived with this for the past several years and have done hours of research online and through my family members currently living with the disease. She then proceeded to tell me “DONT LECTURE ME” I was floored, my mouth hit the ground! Like what dr argues with a patient! I believe she should have taken the route of patient education rather then acting like a 2yr old. She was super dismissive after that didn’t bother to at my visible symptoms. I left out of there in tears, she treated me like my illness didn’t matter, and that’s completely opposite of what a practitioner should do!
