I was so thankful there was more than one receptionist that could check me in. I was there for an ultrasound of the pelvic area which required me to drink 32 ounces of water an hour before the appointment… And I really really really wanted to get this Done quickly so I could use the bathroom!
I waited maybe four minutes and was taken back. That’s pretty prompt! Christine was my ultrasound tech and had a very pleasant personality. I’m so thankful she didn’t make me get completely undressed because it’s winter and I have several layers on)
She took care of her exam as quickly as possible, and immediately released me to use the facilities.: -D
I was able to leave promptly there after and be on the road. It was a brief visit, although a very long drive for me to get there from Lancaster.
I would highly recommend this place of business your radiology needs.

Could not do all, had to change drs appointment and had to go to different location to finish MRI, then had to cancel appointment with dr, and delay it for 1 month, on phone I explained what we need it.

Staff was kind, services was donde in reasons time and assigned a technician with preferred language of the patient.

Making an appointment for an xray is a lie. It means you have an appointment for registration which means you stand in line like everyone else. I waited for 3 hours for my 4 minute appointment. I think the average 4th grader could come up with a better plan

Great people, friendly staff. I was in and out in less than an hour. Being a walk in with no appointment I didn’t expect that

I would give 0 if i could. Kern radiology as a whole is a complete mess. I have had and a CT and MRI just over the last 4 months. The scheduling dept is not doing their jobs. I have had to wait almost a month in a half for my first MRI because they kept saying they never received the order even though my Dr office kept saying they sent it over 3 times. Once we finally just made an appointment then they finally found the order just a few days before the appointment. I have now waited 3 weeks to get in to a STAT MRI. First they confirmed everything the day before then i get a text at 4: 55pm that same day that there is an issue with the appointment. I called the next business day to find out they canceled the appointment bc it could only be done at a specific location. No one contacted me to tell me. Once they got me in at the other location they had to reschedule again due to issues with the machine (I understand). Now the day of the reschedule they say someone put it down for 3 weeks out not 3 days out and no way to get in earlier. Do better people. You are messing with people way to much.

Had appointment on 12/26/23, at 3. Was asked to arrive 15 minutes before. Arrived at 2: 45. Handed receptionist my paperwork, signed forms. Was asked to complete, other forms and hand to the person, who would call me. I waited for over 1 hour and was never called. After I got up to inquire on another, appointment, is when the receptionist was aware I had not been called. She checked, came back and informed I would be called, right away. Waited another 15 minutes and informed her I could not continue to wait. She informed me she would make another appointment and text it to me. That never happened.

My nurse technician was awesome! I was seen right on time. The procedure was explained in full detail and conducted flawlessly. Thank you Lynn!

The clerks, technicians and doctors were all very helpful and polite. The service was done in a very timely manner.

From the young gentleman that greeted me and check me in, to the nurse who prepped me, and the PA who administered the hip injection, they were all very friendly and provided excellent & professional careI I have always been pleased by the care and service I have received from the Kern Radiology staff at every location over the years.

Kern got me in the same day my doctor requested an appointment and was seen soon after I arrived. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional.
