Today I had an appointment with Kern Radiology. I informed them that my wife was pregnant and due at any time and that I would leave my ringer on if she called. They got me in and out of my appointment very fast to accommodate our situation. Great caring staff at Kern Radiology.
I went in for Ultrasound and everyone was very polite and professional. The office was very busy but they were calling patients back in a timely manner.
The staff is very pleasant and professional, and I did not have to wait more than 15 minutes to check in. I do suggest correcting the sign urging patients to check in via our phone because the number provided doesn't work!
Very clean facility, quick visit and the staff were very kind, they made my 3 year old daughter’s visit quick and easy Highly recommend.
I don’t know about all day but early in the morning it’s nice and quiet and very fast. My appointment was at 7: 30 and I was out of there before 8 for a thyroid ultrasound. The technician was really nice.

This place has a horrible wait time. Online states you can make an appointment even for plain xray. Made an appointment for 4: 15pm. Got here just before 4pm and was told simple xrays arent by appointment and told I had a 45 minute wait. It is now 5: 47 pm and still waiting to be called for xray. If you can go somewhere else I suggest you do for simple xray.
Excellent customer care and service. I was there on 10/10/23 late at night. I didn't got the name of the assistant in the front or the MRI technician, but I hope the employer reads this review and recognized the staff on duty that night by the date. Their service, attention to detail, their attention to address my concerns and needs, the easiness of explaining the procedure, all of it. The lady in the check in and the male MRI technician, they were wonderful, attentive, caring, very professional. Thank you for your wonderful service, your excellent service makes Kern Radiology at Old River a great place I can trust for my medical needs. Thank you.
