16Always have a pleasant experience with Kern Rad. They explained everything to my son with every exam he has had. The Techs are super nice & the front desk is also thorough & polite.
I am too tired and upset, because the people who made the appointment did not give me the correct address and when I called them they left me waiting for 30 minutes and then they just hung up on me, the truth is that this entire company has terrible service and it is very unfortunate if they do not give them They like their work and they leave it better.
I have been to this location countless times this year and overall it’s never too bad especially if you’re going in with an appointment. I showed up to my appointment time about 20-30 minutes earlier than scheduled for paperwork and whatnot. The office was practically empty besides 4 people so I was glad it wouldn’t take long. I’d been there for about half an hour and noticed another patient asking what the holdup was for ultrasounds. I was concerned since that’s what I was there for and I had to be at work by 1: 45pm. My appointment was at 12pm and I went up and asked the receptionist whether they were backed up with ultrasounds since I had to be at work and I was about 25 minutes away. She assured me there was no delay and that I’d be seen promptly. Cut to 1pm and there was still no sign of anyone coming out to call me at which point I inform them that I need to reschedule because I would not be able to make it into work on time. Now I’ve got to wait another 3 weeks for an appointment which is ridiculous. I wish that the receptionists would be more truthful when a patient is asking a question on whether there is a delay because I wasted 2hrs of my life and I do not get paid to sit in the lobby like they do. It’s very disappointing and frustrating to see that they do not take patients time or wellbeing into account.
From check in to check out, everyone was so kind and friendly. My Radiologist was very helpful in making me feel less anxious about my test. And very aware of the uncomfortable situation one goes through and even asked me to make her aware if it got to be more than I could stand.

I loved this place when I went because the place was very clean and organized, plus you can fill out a form online which saved me a ton of time. Also, the people who worked there were super nice and friendly and never made me feel uncomfortable or mad.

My appt from start to finish was 30 min. Everyone super friendly and explained everything. Great experience for my first mammogram.
All the people/ employees were great, very friendly, courteous, and professional, it was way better then going to costco where the dumbest people alive wait for a half ounce snack, thank you for not handing out snacks in front of your door, I still would still be waiting, good job kernradiology
Tech was rude, asking questions and making assumptions- should mind her own business and do her job
I took my 3-year-old son and he was crying the whole time because he was scared and they were always really patient with him reassuring him that everything was going to be okay that they were not going to hurt him I feel very comfortable everybody was very nice from the front desk to the people in the back the ladies were just very welcoming.
Said my copayment was $400 and I had the insurance company call and said it would only be 100 something got there told receptionist and she said yep I see it and got home checked receipts and they charged $400 anyway called billing and of course leave a name and number and they haven’t called back either. Bad customer service bad business

My appointment was on time. The employees were extremely respectful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the experience.
