Kevin Chang, MD, Fresno CA

My children attends Community Medical Providers and sees Dr. Chang. He is a kind doctor that does seem to care about his patients; however, it is always impossible to do a walk-in or be seen the same day. There's really no point to having a primary physician if the physician can't even see their patients when needed. The staff are rude and super unfriendly. They treat you like your dirt pretty much. They make it impossible to get anything filled out and completed that same day if your child needs paper work completed for school in order to participate in school activities/sports. They will make you wait at least a day or two and no one has time to be coming back and forth as if us parents don't have jobs either. The office staff refused to complete my child's physical form for school because they were "too busy" even though my child had an appointment and her physical was already completed a month ago, they still refused to complete her forms for her. This place is very inconvenience for parents and the staff are very rude. Overall, Dr. Chang is a great physician, however, his staff aren't. It saddens me to want to leave a good physician due to poor staffing. I would not recommend them and definitely looking else where to take my children. This facility is
the definition of disappointment.

Dr. Chang is great and kind. I was recommended to him by friends and I will recommend any one to him as well. He takes his time with you and never makes you feel rushed during visits.

It has been a great experience I ever had with a pediatrician, really helpful and informative. I 100 % recommend this pediatrician.
