I was referred to Kevin Heiner from a friend that recently sold their house in Highland Ca. They were referred by another friend that sold their home in Riverside Ca. Both were completely satisfied and couldn't believe the ease of the process with Kevin. Kevin will walk you thru the entire process from recommendations about prepping the property to the close of escrow. He knows what forms, paperwork, research and any other items that are required and has them prepared. My condo sale in Redlands Ca was a breeze with the use of Kevin. Paper work was mostly done by electronic signature. When the final paperwork with the notary happened the notary was surprised because there was so little remaining to do. I highly recommend Kevin to handle any real estate transactions you may have.

I was out of town and Kevin sent me everything to electronically sign. He even fixed our closet doors at no cost. That saved us a lot of money. Kevin responded to my text immediately.
