The prices are decent. It was a little bit of pressure to walk out empty handed. I didn’t like the fact that you have to pay extra for sizing and warranty.

This was the best jewelry buying experience I have ever had. I felt heard and wasn’t pressured at all. They really went out of the way to ensure I was satisfied and that it didn’t break the bank! I’m doing all my jewelry purchases here from now on

The best! ALEC is honestly the MVP I had no intentions of buying, but stopped in to browse and try on the style I had my eye on somewhere else. Not only did he take the time to explain the different options and the pros and cons, he also helped me bring my design vision to life (Also EVERYBODY gassed me up about how gorgeous the piece is!).
AND NONE OF THIS IS THE BEST PART! He quoted me a price for the set and once he checked the warehouse, he found that they only had a BIGGER center stone than what I wanted. Because he had already quoted me the price, instead of telling me it would just be a longer wait for them to custom cut the stone, HE GAVE ME THE BIGGER VESION AT THE PREVIOUS PRICE QUOTED! You honestly cannot beat the level of service you get here! I am so excited for my piece to come in and show it off!
Also, Sherylyn was so helpful and sweet and her balloon flowers that decorate the store are SO ADORABLE!
