The saleswomen who helped me was very nice and extremely helpful! She even gave me an extra discount and no interest for a specific amount of time which I greatly appreciated!

Bought my husband a ring here back in 2019 with a lifetime warranty. He works with cars so I figured it would be a good investment. My husband bent his ring while working on something, we took it in to get it straightened out. The jeweler took it to the back to make it round again and completely ruined the ring. Neither the jeweler nor the insurance will do anything about making this right, replacing, buying out, anything. I have been in several times to try to get this straightened out and it’s a new story every time, even making jokes about the mistakes they made and won’t fix. I will never go back to this store again and I will tell family and friends to avoid this store for their future purchases

It was a Great experience for my first time buying jewelry. Staff was very helpful and worked with me as I looked for something in the price range I was looking for. Will definitely be a returning customer.

He found a great ring that was within my price range and kept my family and I company while we waited for all the paperwork! He had no problem showing us any ring, he definitely has patience! Joe's service and approachability were exceptional! I never felt they they'd try and scam me like other jewelers. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially looking for an engagement ring. They not only met my budget but deliver far more ring than I was expecting. Such a blessing to work with them!
