2 Most of the bad reviews seem to be about the office staff. Though I didn't have much interaction with them, other than typo on my address, they seemed as good as any other office. They sent me a package of forms to fill out prior to my appointment. Since, I actually completed them before the appointment, I was initially frustrated that they had me arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment. But since I was ready to go, they took me back within 10 minutes.
The nurse was friendly and shared a little light conversation. Dr Smith seemed both personable and knowledgeable. He brought up potential treatments, that I'm not sure I want to try yet. But I am actually looking forward to the spinal blocks, to see if they can give me some relief. So now I wait for clearance from insurance. If things go differently, I'll update this review.
Unfortunately not the greatest experience. Saw the PA, scheduled the procedure and never met the doctor until after he was done.i had a little pain relief, but not much, so is was told I needed another procedure. I work in the industry and was surprised at the level of care. Really disappointed!
