In this store and they had a wonderful experience. Jaren was a wonderful help when it came down to buying my son bike. Highly recommend.

Good prices, great service. Rode in to get a new chain and cassette, the guys at Kevin's swapped them out for me in no time.

Not gonna lie but it was my first time visiting and also it was good as well since l enter the store and l ask them if they have the grips and show it to my bike since my left grip was missing and my right grip is about to torn apart, after that the person show me the grips since my grip was like medium or small after that I purchased the Grip, Air Pump, and the lock also l got confused for the bike lock and he explain to me so l understand. Maybe if l come again in case if l need like a bike tire or someone but hey, it's perfect

Such a friendly helpful shop. On a round the world trip, limped here with a few issues. Kindly took time to check our wheels ok and were able to supply all the parts we needed.

Buy your Ebike from another company because these are the Worst Human beings on the planet and completely dishonest. Range on battery is a complete lie in their advertising and then they will screw you over when you try to return them. The bikes only last 13 miles per charge. That’s about 30 minutes of riding before you have to charge them again. Buy a Ebike with a minimum 15ah battery. Our 20ah battery get over 80 miles of riding. It’s well worth the extra money. Also fat tires are a nicer smoother ride. We got a flat the first time we road their bikes.

Don’t make the same mistake we did.

He told me to go to construction site to get knee pads that snap around instead of having to pull over my disabled legs. I felt he was making fun of me.

Awesome place. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Bought a bike from them and had some issues with the pedal falling off 4 months later and they fixed it without question or charge.

My wife called to see if they can fix wheelchair tubes and tires and they said yes and they where very nice and the price was cheap i would recommend this shop to anyone who wants the job done right

I took my mini electric bike in to have the brake pads replaced. Upon looking at them the gentleman told me that I just need an adjustment. Yesterday they called and noticed that the headstock was loose and it would be an additional 10$ to have that done, I appreciate their honesty of calling and asking if I would like it done rather than doing the work and having a surprise additional charge. Thanks Kevin and the amazing people that work for you. I will definitely return.

Only bike shop in town? WHY? SERVICE was good owner nice man the young guys also nice knowable about the products. Little pricey. But their the only bike shop in town?

Very quick and efficient! I had a baby stoller with a popped tire and they were able to fix it same day within a couple hours.they have multiple tubes and equipment capable of fixing anything with a tire! Go to your friendly neighborhood Kevins Bikes to fix your bikes for sure!

My experience getting my bike fixed there has been great. They get things done and a timely manner. An have great customer service with great prices. I highly recommend them for all your biking needs.

I have been to the store many times and everyone was so patient with me as I reviewed and tested the bikes that was a good fit for me. Finally I bought the bike I was happy with. I truly appreciate everyone's patience and shared knowledge. No one made me feel I should not be there and encourage me to get a bike within my budget and use. Thanks to everyone!
