I have had a variety of experiences while going here the past 8 years but my recent visit has been the most memorable to the point where I am writing this review. Tony is wonderful. He went above and beyond. He followed up with me when he said he would, he personally showed me the items that needed repair and explained why. If he couldn’t show me on my car, he showed me on the computer. He added more coolant for me when he didn’t have to so I can get around until I came back in a few days for diagnostics on the leaking items. The company covered an Uber to get to work when I dropped the car off even though it was extremely close to the edge of the mile radius. He waited for me to get back to the center when I was running a little late. He found an alternative fix per request when the other solution was out of my budget.

Mr. Carlos Montoya helped me, and his customer service is AMAZING! He explained everything to me and made the process so easy! He went above and beyond my expectations, especially since i was short on time due to work and motherhood duties. I got my car back earlier than expected, which was AMAZING! I will definitely be returning to get my car serviced thanks to Mr. Montoya's excellent customer service.

Don't use Keyes for anything. Their salespeople are untrustworthy and rude. Their service center is completely unreliable. Seems to me the entire Keyes franchise is broken from the top down, and I'll go 45 minutes out of the way before I use them again.

My car was stolen and several parts ripped out of it. Being an official Honda Service Center, I had the car towed here. I did not hear from Keyes until two weeks later when they asked when I was bringing my car in for maintenance. Of course, my car was already there.

I don't want to get into it too deeply because this entire experience has been awful, but it's now over a month and a half later and I still don't have my car. My insurance company has repeatedly informed me that they are simply not responsive.

Despite being an actual Honda center, they seem to be unable to get the parts that other garages have had no problem getting.

And now? They found that they missed something and it's going to take a few more weeks! I need my car for work and to be a father, and I've been out of my insured car rental for three weeks now. And there is no end in sight.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Made a prior service appointment 3 weeks in advance. (Still waited 2 hours for an oil change) no shuttle or loaner Available. Waiting area looks like hell. Prior to even my car going in they try to sell you on a million things wrong with your car without looking at it. Well my computer tells me this Lol. Tried to speak to service management. Not available. Wouldn’t return calls.

Horrible experience. Bunch of thiefs. I recently had an issue with my key. Its wasn't working. So I thought it was the remote battery. So I went to auto zone and switched the battery. But it still wasn't working. So they told me you need to program ur key again. So I called Honda service and I told them whats going on. They told me to take the car in and they said they need my car for 4+hrs and will charge me almost $200 to do it. But it didn't make sense to me. Like why so much and take so long. So I just YouTube how to reprogram my Honda key.and guess what. I was able to do it in 30 seconds and for free. All these service centers are thiefs. They over charge ppl for simple things. Imagine how many ppl they rip off and take their money for something simple. Also the one time i went many employees were just on their phone not doing anything.

The line for cars waiting took a bit long but Omar in the service department was very nice and conversational. The service took about an hour and then I was on my way. Like the area provided for people waiting but I’ve seen the car pull in much more organized previously.

Service was terrible, they see me standing there and theh continue talking with each other about their weekend plans and one lady took a big sigh when I asked her for something. Never coming back here again.

Horrible experience on 10/03/2022 I felt overcharged for a battery replacement they charge me $98.88 just for the labor I got in shock when I saw the prices on the invoice

Jeremiah was my service Rep. He was very understanding and helped my car get back on the road as soon as possible. He stayed in touch with me and kept me posted on any changes in my service needs, cost, and completion. I'm very pleased. Thank you Keyes Honda!

I went to do an oil change. So far so good. Crew is nice, prices are same as every other dealership unless you ask for a discount.

Took 30 minutes past my appointment time to get in, then they confused me with someone else and left me waiting for an extra hour

This time the entire experience was horrible. I brought my car in at 9: 45am on a Monday, was told I would get a call later to ok what they found and ok the repairs. That didn't happen, I didn't get a call until after 7pm, after closing telling me they needed to keep my car overnight and so they could run more tests. The next day, I didn't hear anything from anyone, I had to call up there. I was told whoever was handling my service request was off that day. When this happens I'm sure there's something in place for this situation. But obviously, it wasn't followed. After being told this, I still didn't get any help. The lady told me she was going to have someone call me. 3 hours went by and no call, I called back and asked for a manager. Now here's the crazy part, the manager, if I was actually talking to a manager. She was just as incompetent as the guy that was in charge of my service request. I told her what happened, she apologized, then checked to see what was going on. She tells me the part for my car was supposed to come today (Tuesday) but never came and since my guy was off and he didn't pass it off to someone else, no one knew to call me. Come to find out the part wasn't going to be there for about a week. So, I had to pick up my car and the manager offered to send me a Lyft ride. I'm actually tired of telling the story. So they had my car for damn near 3 days, all to tell me I had to wait another week and they're going to call me when it came in. It was supposed to come today and I still haven't received a phone call. Worst service ever

Went here to have my screen looked at. Expressed our issue beforehand that I wanted the screen checked and were told there was 180 dollar diagnoses fee and that we would only be charged if they found the issue and I chose not to go through them for repairs. Nothing was mentioned of possible additional charges.

Instead what happened was they left a message and I was told it would be another 600 for them to continue to look at it because the screen needs to be taken out and tested. After three hours of trying to contact the service advisor to discuss we finally got them to actually call us back.

I ended up being charged 90 for "labor" of them diagnosing. Turns out that labor went to them checking things that had nothing to do with our screen so they could try to sell more services.

Highly disappointed the lack of transparency and them barely checking anything related to my actual issue. I'd advised going somewhere else to check your issue.

Customer service is horrible. I had a appointment and I ended up waiting 15 mins before anyone even spoke to me making me late for my appointment.
