I called KeyMe thinking they were a local locksmith that I could go in and have a couple keys duplicated. The agent on the phone explained that there was a kiosk in Rite Aid. I never knew and I go there all the time. He was great, explained where it was, and how to use it.
Thank you KeyMe for not having to pay for a house call.
Quick and easy for small price.

I paid for 3 keys, only two came out of the machine. The employees at the store are not allowed to assist you, you have to call their customer support. Their customer support line is closed at 4: 00pm pacific so no one answered to help. If no one on premises is allowed to assist, they should at least have a fully staffed support line. Quite frustrating.

Went to an hardware store and had 5 keys made. Only one of them worked. Ended up trying KeyMe and all 5 keys worked.

$175 to make a duplicate of the key in my hand, which itself is a duplicate i had made for $10 about 2 years ago. I'm going to try somewhere else.
