5The key was made exactly and fit fine. But I picked a specific print for the key and paid for such but got a plain gold key. That’s my only complaint.
Keys work- not happy that the design I wanted was substituted without my consent
When I saw a kiosk at the store offering key copying services, I was all, 'nice! That's convenient, and I have a key I need copies of. ' What I didn't realize until after I started the process was that I wouldn't be getting my keys right then and there. In fact, it would take about two weeks for them to come from 1,500 miles away by mail. They key options were nice, and I suppose if I was in no rush to get my keys, this would be fine. But for considerably cheaper, I could've gone down the street to the hardware store and gotten several more copies made immediately. That's on me though!
Easy to use kiosk is very convenient and reasonably priced. The keys work great.
*Update. I have used this service several times now and it works great. I had one issue with the machine dispensing the wrong style of key and I contacted customer service. They responded immediately and issued a full refund in less then 24 hours. I highly recommend this key service. *
Service was quick. House keys worked perfectly. 4 stars because could not make copies of my auto key/fob. Maybe because it was too old - a model year 2000 Toyota.
