5Technician.showed up at the house promptly, informed me the job would cost about $250 and then presented a bill for $650 with no coherent explanation for the difference. I called the office, got passed to the mechanics and placed on hold until the call got disconnected. These guys are a bunch of real beauties.
Called them, it took them 35 minutes to get a call back from a technician, then I told the technician that I am waiting for another one since they were late. Now I got stuck with another loc smith's, I called back and the guy tried to screw me for $500 horrible
I purchased 3 keys and got one key free. However, only two of the keys work. Now, I have to take time out of my schedule to attempt to get a refund.
I added a key that the system said they could get to me. I gave the key back and moved where I needed to go and made it impossible to get the key after they emailed me that they weren’t able to make a copy of the key because they didn’t have it.
Do not use this company for locksmith services. I submitted a deposit for a service, and they did not show up for the scheduled service. After 2 weeks of back and forth trying to schedule something, I decided to use a different company. I talked with someone on the phone and they assured me the deposit would be refunded, but their support team was adamant that a deposit could not be refunded. This feels like a scam company, so I'd advise not to use!
