Epic failure! Purchased key looks nothing like the original cut. A waste of money. Avoid.

I had 3 keys made and all of them did not work! Will never use again. Asked for a refund through the website and have not heard back. What a bummer. If the Keys had worked it could have been a great experience. Oh well off to ace hardware I go where I’ve had success before from a human and not a machine

Very easy and faster than expected. I got no design and got the key in less than five minutes.

Just had the absolute worst experience with this company. I reached out June 6th to get a replacement key. They came out right away and were able to program a new key - $450 for a few minutes of work. Six weeks later the key stopped working. Apparently the warranty lasts for only one month, convenient. They said we would need to order a new service/new key. They weren't able to come out right away so we had to call a different company. The new company came out and after trying to reprogram a new key came to the realization that the key we had replaced a month ago was a generic key and had messed with the brains of the car and it would cost almost $1000 to fix and replace key. I called to see if we could at least get
the cost of the original faulty key reimbursed. I was told by the manager Kaylie, that there was absolutely nothing they could do. She couldnt provide me with any answers as to why the key failed or any reason it basically broke the car. Kaylie works for 24 hour locksmith which is the direct locksmith for Keyme.

The folks that I spoke with were friendly quick and helpful. However, the one star is for the absolutely absurd cost for 5-7 mins of work. I was charged $289.00 to open one lock. That is not reasonable at all. Would not recommend.
