I really liked the convenience of being able to make a copy at a place so close to my house. The only thing is that the key styles that were available at the kiosk were very limited (they only had one style that could be made instantly, while the others would have to be mailed to my house). In other words, I had to settle for what was available. If my first choice of styles was available, this would have been a 5 star experience.
