I had a great experience with customer service. I made a copy of my fob yet the instructions on the kiosk made it sound like it was going to dispense a cut key. The key was not cut, so I thought it didn’t work. I tried again, and the same thing happened. So I decided to call customer service the next day to resolve the issue. The representative was great and credited me for one of the keys as I only intended to get one. I had no idea you could duplicate a fob onto the shape of the key. Good product!

The keys took much longer than what was promised, but they do work which is “key”

Such a waste of money, the larger key in the photo is the original, if you look at the copies, none of them have teeth
