4My first key they made didn’t work. I made some more and they worked. Seems like they sent me the wrong key.
Racial profiling against customers. I called the locksmith to get a key made and they told me they couldn’t make a key to my car specifically lol. I asked why not he said because we can’t, then I asked can you refer me to someone who can help? Alex from KeyMe Locksmith hung up in my face lol. You know what it is this the second interaction I had with “THESE” people today. Racial profiling over the phone.
Key quality is good but the price has more than doubled from last time I used the kiosk just a few months back. It’s no longer a cheaper option than getting keys cut by a locksmith
Quick and easy. Shouldn't charge extra to get the finest cut. Or if you chose a premium key it should come with that.
