The renovated apartments have some nice appliances and the neighbors are nice. We got a good price for a 1B1B apartment for the area ($2200/month). The difficulty with this property management company is the maintenance staff cuts corners and the general upkeep is pretty minimal. They are difficult to contact.

Very straight forward to lease thru them. They were in touch with me every step of the process.

I live in a residence managed by Key Renters. My bedroom window blinds broke down, was very old. This is a shout out to Anthony from maintenance services. He was very kind and went the extra mile to not only replace the blinds but also made sure the blinds accommodated and functioned with my air conditioning unit that connects to the window. I am very grateful to his attention to detail and his overall exemplary customer service! I am very satisfied with the maintenance services from Keyrenters!

Great supportive team. When I submitted an application online, the team reviewed my application within a day. Irene was supportive and responded to my questions on time. I was able to setup a self-guided tour in a day and was very happy to see the unit was in great condition as advertised on Zillow and affordable compared to other places. Application and tour scheduling process was online and the team ensured our application/touring experience was excellent. We finally found a new place to call home. Excited to move to keyrenter property apartments.

The main reason I am writing this review is because of the wonderful attention and assistance of the maintenance staff. Since we moved in, Anthony Phung has been incredibly kind and helpful. He has worked on projects all around our apartment, and he always does a thorough job. We truly appreciate his effective communication and the time he dedicates to a job well done. His commitment to his role as Keyrenter’s maintenance lead has greatly contributed to our satisfaction as renters through the company.

- I’ve lived in a few apartment complexes. No apartment management team is perfect, but I can happily say that Keyrenter Silicon Valley are one of the good ones. I’ve lived in my complex for a couple of years now, and despite the apartments being managed by a small team, they have always addressed my concerns and honored their word. Aside from the complex being in a beautiful location and fairly priced, the ease of being able to pay my bill and get maintenance work done through their online portal is another reason of why I continued to stay. Because they operate as a small team, they can be a little difficult to get a hold of at times and some things can slip under the radar. It is recommended that you keep your own copies of documentation in such instances. Rest assured, once the team is aware of your issue they will work hard to fix it and will honor any promises made to you. In my experience, the staff does truly care about taking care of you and will go above and beyond to address your concerns if you persist.

I Had the most wonderful experience with Irene Llane Renting my new house, she walked me through the whole process, which was sometimes difficult. It all worked out and I couldn’t be more excited to move into my new home thanks to Irene.

Just like others I have had a wonderful experience with the Keyrenter Property Management team. They have been great and friendly to work with. The application process was quick and efficient. Their response time during the application and move in process has been quick and appreciated!

I found the property on Zillow and then went to their website to see requirements. Went to see the property 6/3 on a self tour. They had a lockbox so it was easy to get into. We applied the same day as we loved the property. The application process was super quick and easy! Irene called me shortly after and then we got an approval email 6/6. I loved that they use Obligo as moving is expensive! We signed a 2 year lease and I am so happy with the property and their service. Irene and Eduardo have been great. We had some minor lease mistakes that both Irene & Eduardo were attentive to. On the day of move in, 6/17 Eduardo promptly provided the code to get the keys at exactly 8am as promised. They’ve been super great with checking on the move and providing assistance as needed. I’ve rented with a property management company before and they are even better. Thank you guys for all your help to make this move seamless!

So happy to have come across Keyrenters property management. Everyone we have interacted with has been really pleasant, understanding, yet professional that makes you feel really cared for throughout the process. The process itself is also very transparent which we really appreciate. Recently we had a circumstance where we needed to transition into a new property quickly, the team worked closely and patiently with us to help us make it happen!

Been a renter in Keyrenter managed property resident for 3years and it has been super easy to work with them. They have always attended to the service request calls immediately. We were in a property managed by Keyrenter Property Management for several years and we had the best experience out of any property management company we've ever had. This week we move out of our current property and every experience we had with the staff at Keyrenter was positive. Whether we needed something fixed or a quick phone call to arrange entry they were always courteous and understanding.

I'd highly recommend anyone to go with Keyrenter to manage their property given our positive experience!

Chapin made our move really easy helping us through each step of the way and was extremely flexible on how we proceeded with the application. Being able to sign for everything online made it much, much easier. When moving in Chapin provided a lockbox on the door for us so we could turn up at any time we wanted to get access making our move-in experience really, really easy and flexible.

Once moved in Chapin arranged a visit to ensure everything was satisfactory asking if we needed anything extra.

Under Chapin's guidance the property had been improved for our needs and even two very minor issues we had after moving in Chapin responded immediately and addressed the issues.

I'd definitely use Keyrenter Silicon Valley in the future if I were to move and all around would recommend Chapin for anyone seeking a property. 10/10!

Honest and fair property management. For landlords, I can't recommend Keyrenter Property Management enough. They really screen their tenants to minimize risks of nonpayment and ensure you have good tenants in your property. Even offers an eviction guarantee for landlords! And they handle all the maintenance requests so you don't have to stress about a tenant calling you on Christmas Eve with a major plumbing leak and interrupting your family time; instead you know that Keyrenter will handle it right and keep your tenants happy. For tenants, you couldn't ask for a better manager - someone who has a good heart, who cares about you and isn't arbitrary or only concerned about milking you for money. You know you will be treated right. Highly recommend Keyrenter!

We had to move during the shelter in place time and Keyrenter made the transition smooth and easy. Nadja has been so responsive and helpful, she promptly answered all our questions and took care of all our inquiries. Overall we are very happy with our experience with Keyrenter.
