10Keystone-Inland has been the management company for my HOA for a few months now. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Overall, they've been very helpful.
A body was decomposing under my unit for almost two weeks; my entire unit was filled with a sewage smell. There apparently is no Keystone-Inland HOA recourse for this except for telling me to connect with the owner (but the owner does not occupy the unit and they could not provide his contact information to me). When I demanded proof of the remediation process Shari told both my mom and I that I have no sympathy or compassion (for the deceased). Really awful people at this company - avoid them.
At my location they cater to the board members and any issues that may effect them or their neighbor friends. They won't even tow vehicles in fire lanes due to no revenue for the HOA, so just expect fines. Make sure to break down your boxes and watch out for board members taking pictures of kids as part of their efforts to keep them from playing. Dog friendly though, plenty of poop bag areas. Thank you guys for the experience of living in a dictatorship.
I should have paid closer attention to the other reviews, and I wouldn't have been scammed out of $150!
I have dealt with Evan a couple of times and each time I have found him to be very rude and disrespectful. I hate this management company.
Very horrible stuff. They are money crabby! They only know how to raise hoa dues that’s it! They never get the job done. Don’t recommend them at all.
If I could give less than 1 star I would! Only one word Sheri The dictator and if you don’t agree with her decree you will pay with stupid letters and calls anytime she thinks there is a reason to get on your nerves! She is always there with her sweet attitude (NOT)! I don’t understand why she is allowed to communicate with customers!
Completely unprofessional. Poor quality management, unresponsive when issues arise, poor value for the prices they charge. Our pool was closed for the entirety of COVID-19 March-June when private pools never entered CDC guidelines, only public. Yet when we have homeless enter our pool we call the cops because it is private property? ! It is 100 degrees outside. Finally the limitations on our "public pool" are lifted as the CDC opens gyms and true public pools and they can't provide a time when it will be open but the individual I spoke with "Sheri" or "Shari" (sounds like SHARE-EE) was rude to me on the phone. I was just asking a question. Treat other with respect, it's free.
They are the worst and rudest hoa to deal with! They single out renters and flood them with ridiculous letters about anything and when you call and ask why this rude person Shari Prather answers the phone and yells at you and hangs up the phone on you over and over.
