2This rating seems a little rough but let me explain. Keystone is a management company that oversees HOAs. Last year I made a repair request for a broken roof tile. It took two emails and two phone calls over a one month period to get a response. Not too bad. It took 3 months to get a contractor. To look at it. It took 6 months to repair it, for $1400. One tile. The reason. A contractor from out of county and not in town. That's inefficient and unacceptable. It doesn't stop there. My HOA fire insurance was cancelled. Not Keystone's fault. Keeping it a secret for months where residents had less time to cover higher costs was unfair and a burden. Unacceptable as well. Keystone has been poor with the handling of my associations money and how it treats it's paying customers.
The pool situation and the way they are handling things is wrong. We payed for keys that know longer work I pay HOA and all.the pools are open except this one. Keystone is definitely a horrible company.
