Got my car impounded.my car was in their yard for 15 days I paid over 1000 to get my car out.when I got my car I was in shock! All my belongings were gone.working toolset, drills, a tool bag and all my personal stuff were gone.when i ask them about my belongings they just gave a complain form to fill out, they toldm that i was going to get a call in the next couple of days, its been 2 weeks now and still haven't herer from them yet. So be careful when you get your car towed by then.

They towed my car from a legit parking spot and when I went to look for my car there was another car in the same spot I was in. I went to the place of business I was attending when this happened and they said they didn't call so I would hv to take it up with the tow company. These people are crooks.

Predatory "patrol" tow company. THIS IS WHAT THEY DO. I HAVE A TRAILER PARKED IN AT LOT ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH APPROVAL FROM PROPERTY MANAGMENT. THEY KEEP COMMING KEEP PLACING THREATING STICKERS TO TOW IT ON IT. THEY HAVE NEVER BOTHER TO CONFIRM WITH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT THAT I HAVE WRITEN CONFIMATION OF AUTHORIZION FROM PROPERTY OWNER FOR TO PARK THERE.

I came in here crying after not being able to afford getting my car towed the same day my rent was due. The employees are very inconsiderate I understand they are working a job. But why give me an even harder time when I’m already having a hard time. The employee that was assisted me continued to ask me for my resignation when my vehicle had dealer plates still on it and the registration had yet to be mailed to me. I felt so hopeless and defeated at the point not knowing what to do.

No AC in the waiting area, I can not say the staff with friendly, but they do their work. Quick service

Illegally tow cars. Towed mine for "blocking a driveway. " I was parked in front of my own house on the street where there are NO driveways.

There's only 1 or 2 good cars at these auctions. Since there are so few good cars each time, they always go for high prices. The rest have no keys or they are damaged.

I think they are prejudice against white people. They were rude to me and my girl. They left us standing and told the freshly walked in spanish people can she help them when we were clearly next. She than told us to go outside and wait in the freezing cold and didnt give us the time of day.

Predatory "patrol" tow company. Tried to tow my car illegally from a Costco shopping plaza that had defective and missing No Parking and Towing signage. My car was there less than an hour. My car was not blocking an exit or fire lane. The tow company did not obtain permission to tow the vehicle from the property owner or management company. There is missing Towing Signage on the main entrance to the shopping center, and the one sign that they did have at another entrance that is not the main entrance, you can't even read. I called Costco and Staples and they said they would never ever authorize a tow. The area I was parked in was not painted red, nor did it have any "no parking" signs. Keystone towing proceeded to charge me full price to stop the car from being lifted off the ground, at $149, then after I told him I know the law, and only after stating that, Frank changed my fee to half, or $72.75. I plan on filing a complaint against these predators who are violating AB 2210 and taking advantage of shoppers.

Don’t ever use this towing service nor their storage. The lady upfront told us that they will charge per minute and the morning after SAME LADY told us that “oh we charge per day”
See their BS? The lady clearly wants to rip you off or maybe she’s just simply uneducated huh? Yeah seems like she is cause she looks like it.

You can totally get a good deal here honestly bring yourself 1200 to $2,000 you can pretty much drive away a nice car get real check the cars out before you attempt to buy them make sure they move backward and forward wait for them to start them up and move them if it doesn't have a key don't bet on it unless you got a key guy okay have fun
