The dining room seems to be closed permanently, but the drive through was ok. They go tour order wrong, but made it right after I checked our food bag to make sure it was all there.
I got food poisoning from them it was horrible. And just all around bad experience had to pull off to side when no one was behind us and the wait was so long. I got the Nashville hot combo meal biscuits were dry and is was patchy seasons meaning dry seasoning was left all over. Cross contamination is scary dangerous and it could kill someone especially when it comes to raw chicken. Please if you eat here be careful
Got the nashville hot combo. Biscuit was dry and tasted moldyish. The fries were alright like a 5-6/10 but the chicken… I am telling you the ocean has less salt than the chicken has and it was dry as a desert. They really tryna make geographical models in this place
I ate a chicken sandwich from here and woke up the next morning with food poisoning: (I thought it was KFC but could not be 100% sure because no nobody else in my house got sick. My boyfriend ordered from there a couple days later and his chicken was raw. Never again
I go here every time I'm working in Roanoke Park I love the root beer floats and the guy that does a drive-thru window he's great
Really bad service. Waited after the drive thru for 20 minutes until they made 3 trips to the car to bring us the right food.

One of the worst kfc I’ve got so far!
I went to buy a hamburger from the partner restaurant AW and they cooked the meat in 3 minutes or it was old meat, the condiments totally mixed as if it were a salad bathed in mayonnaise and the bun was colder than an ice cream, it really was the worst hamburger that I bought for almost $ 7.00 dlls, I had to throw it out of how bad it looked and I did not want to return to complain because the staff was very rude this was a Saturday afternoon, those teenagers if they do not like working in that place why do not change jobs?
Awesome chicken after 4/5 days in hospital. Wanted something that had great taste! Lol. Well worth it!
Recently our orders kept missing stuffs. Sometimes missing sauce, sometimes missing cookies, sometimes missing butter. This time, it’s missing biscuits. Can they get one order right? ! Very frustrated! Poor customer service also!

5 tenders, biscuit, fries, no drink $13.22 The value just doesn't exist anymore, wont be coming back to KFC again anywhere, when you gouge fast food, people tend to notice KFC.
The drivethrough line is always 20-30 minutes but the food is usually fresh, hot, and inexpensive for a family meal.so the wait is acceptable.
Ordered 2 chicken littles. The strips had no meat. At all! Was literally fried skin in a bun. Smh
