KFC, Banning CA

Signs outside of the building advertise the Buffet. However, it has been discontinued for some time.

Well today is Sunday October 16th yesterday they were closed at 7: 00 p.m. So I made it too late but the internet says open till 11: 00 p.m. So I go there today Sunday 1: 45 p.m. They tell me they're closed till 3: 00 I come back at 2: 55 in the Drive-Thru they tell me not to park there cuz they don't open till 3: 00 I said I don't see why not it's 5 minutes away so I waited putting my order now I'm in the parking lot waiting for 15 minutes for my chicken ridiculous get it together people something should be done about this and today it also says they close at 7: 00 p.m. So you're open for 4 hours does not make no sense something needs to be done thank you and have a great day

The young lady today at the drive thru around 7pm was super nice, great costumer service:)

7pm stuck in long line to be told by customer in cars ahead of me that the restaurant is closed!? Business hours sat 11pm but good luck with that because they won’t have anything on the menu by 9pm

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. Kentucky Fried CHICKEN THAT DOESN'T SERVE CHICKEN! It doesn't deserve the one star but it wouldn't let me post without it.

The GHETTOOO. Rude employees and they say on the website that they’re open. You go there and it’s closed at 6pm or they run out of chicken. It’s also very dirty and old

There chicken is dry and very very salty. It's not good for people that like fried chicken and they have high blood pressure count down on your salt in your seasoning. Thank your Customer service is friendly. As I said seasoning is very very salty.

Well It started off pretty good the let us in the lobby because we had a trailer witch was cool I ordered the new mac bowl 2 of them and a large mash tatter and gravy and a large drink I should have checked it before I left but when I got home the drink wasn't large and no tatters.this is not the first time I have had problems there. The food is always good When u get it they was under staffed but come-on guys get it together

OMG. IM DEFINITELY COMING BACK AGAIN. THEIR CHICKEN IS FRESHLY MADE WHILE YOU WAIT. WAY WORTH THE WAIT. SO CHRIPY ON OUT SIDE TENDER AND JUICEY ON INSIDE. IM FROM LA BUT ID DRIVE DOWN TO BANNING JUST TO GET THE CHICKEN. EMPLOYEES AND SO NICE AND THOUGHTFUL. ID RECOMMEND THIS KFC.

I wasted at least 20 minutes waiting in the drive through, only to be told they are oit of food.

Hell, turn off the lights!

Every time I go they forget something and then they don't answer the phone to try and resolve the issue. Too bad there isn't an option for zero stars. It is unacceptable.

Strange odor coming from sandwich like they smeared gunk on it from shoes. Do not eat here the employees are trying to posion people. Never In my life had i ever had a sandwich from a fast-food place smell that bad. I never was rude or complained and they did this to me you've been warned.

We got there right before closing and they didn't have what the wife wanted (pot pie). However we got a family meal and they hooked It up fat with extra chicken and biscuits. Thank you very much.

This particular establishment, must be a franchise Store, and not Corporate Store, because cleanliness, (The Dining Room & Restrooms, Pick- Up- Window, and entrance to Store, and Dining Area, all "LACK" something to be Desired)
They (K. F. C. Banning, Ca) constantly run out of Item's to serve. Which shows that someone (Mgr) are not doing or following their projection sheets, commonly referred to as mismanagement. There are others but I'll leave with that. (Both Dining-In & Take- Out.)

Manager was horrible was I believe his name was Jacob we come to this kfc plenty a days out the week service is usually good but today he was rude disrespectful and the experience was just down disappointing I hope someone address him because if he was like that to us I could imagine how he is to others

This KC IS terrible. THEY OVER COOK THE CHICKEN, not just by a little it is hard and dry. I live close but I go all the way to yucaipa to get KC there where they cook it correctly. Tender and juicy.

Make sure you check your bags!

No straws, No sauce, No cookie and No napkins.

Famous bowl had No gravy, cheese wasn't melted and chicken was cold.

I would rate this is a 1/2 star if I could.
