KFC, Vista CA

Will get a dry piece of chicken once in awhile from the drive thru. But new quick pick up is nice. BRING BACK THE WEDGES!

Ordered a regular chicken sandwich 2 orders of fries a Mountain Dew and Mac and cheese it was a combo deal. Pick it up and notice there was no mac and cheese a spicy chicken sandwich. Was told there’s nothing they can do for me, except try a different kfc.

The only thing I ever order from from KFC is their chicken sandwich and chicken pot pie. My, my, my. Best darn chicken sandwich in town. After I put lettuce and tomatoes on it? Yummy to my tummy?

DELIVERY WAS AN HOUR LATE. THE FOOD WAS COLD. MY WIFE SAID I'M NEVER HAPPY. I FEEL IT'S BUSINESS IS TO ON TIME.

This KFC is always getting bought out of his chocolate cakes because we love them so much. Yuuuuppp!

When ur feeling lazy and tired dont feel like cooking go to KFC famous bowl comes with a drink and chocolate chip cookis

Worst KFC Ever. Food Always has issues Mgr is Rude. I am going to drive 5 miles the opposite way to get Decent food. Its Not Hard to serve Fresh Hot food but Here it seems to Escape them.

I've been givin the wrong food twice at this location but when I went back they already had my food ready and hot

I don’t understand why I can’t seem to get the food I’ve paid for consistently. Not even like I got the wrong thing but like stuff is simply missing from the combo I ordered. Genuinely just discontent.

Someone higher up needs to do something about this location.

The service in this location is really bad quality. Cashier is rude and the order was all wrong. Chicken was raw and the. I am very upset with this and when I asked the cashier to correct my order she said she couldn't because is was already made.

Drive through is clean and it is easy to order and the staff are very friendly and courteous!

Chicken sandwich, about as good as popeyes, and you can choose sauce that makes it interesting!

I ordered for lunch 2 breast original receipt plus Cole slaw. This was for lunch at 12: 30 pm, chicken was terrible. I could tell it was old from the day before. Chewy and old tasting. Never experienced that before. Taking back when I get off work. Hopefully they will honor. I had to get back to work.

Went in today ordered a 8 pc family meal extra crispy with 24 wings and large mac n cheese. Got home and my chicken was mixed with original, my wings where mixed with chicken strips and I did not receive my mac n cheese. Tried to call and got no answer

I ordered 2 chicken strip meals one 3 piece and one 5 piece. The five piece was missing the biscuit. The guys at the drive thru kept saying it back wrong.

I ordered 4 meals to go. When I got home I had no cutlery, no condiments; no butter, or sauce. And my meals that come with cookies didn’t have any. Very disappointing. When I tried to call to make them aware they wouldn’t answer the phone.

I don't recommend going to the Vista location! I went through the drive-thru, my food wasn't warm and it was very dry. They didn't put napkins in the bag, didn't offer any condiments.
