KFC, Clovis CA

The place was filthy from the dining room to the bathrooms. I told an employee and a night manager that there wasn't a clean table in the place, the first bathroom had a roll of toilet paper clogging it up both bathrooms had trash on the floor the floor everywhere in the place was so slick u could slide across it windows havent not seen a good cleaning for quite some time. I've been in this particular restaurant for years now it's been here a very l ong time. Sad place needs direction

The amount of money they owe me that will never be refunded for how many times they forgot to put my sauce I paid for in the bag is actually hilarious. Its literally happened again tonight for the 3rd time in a months span. Why does KFC try so hard to live up to its notorious reputation.

Employees were too busy having a good time to get the right order they gave me the wrong receipt then they gave me the wrong dinner after waiting 20 minutes so I hope they had a good time cleaning it up after I flung it across the counter and got my money back will never visit there again

They don't give you all the items youve paid for. They dont give you sauce. No receipt given. The customer is wrong. They're right. You're the one with the attitude.

I don’t understand why they closed at 11pm. I get there at 10PM SHARPED and they don’t even have any chickens available. That’s a 1 hour gap right there. This is the second time that has happen. I understand that they got to clean and stuff but still, at least have some chicken available or not then please close at 10pm. This is ridiculous. I have to drive to another location across town that close at 11pm just to get chicken and they still have chicken available at 10: 20.

Just a plain hot mess! We were missing 2 pieces of chicken and 2 biscuits. One man was waiting 30 minutes for chicken pot pie. Another woman was missing multiple items. Team members were at a loss as to what to do it seemed like

I love KFC. The Shaw Ave location does a fairly good job of getting the orders correct, although we did go through the drive thru this morning and a biscuit was left out of the 5 tenders box I ordered. But, mistakes happen. The clerks at the window are always friendly and polite.

Stop for a bite, their original chicken was yummy, they have changed it up and it's not salty like it used to be. Really Good.

The staff was fixated on the drive thru customers and totally neglected us at the counter until we spoke up and asked why we couldn't get helped. Then the chicken was WAY overcooked and dry to the point of being almost inedible. $30 wasted.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They had no white meat ready and I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. One of the 3 piece boxes only had two pieces in it. There were no drink carriers and the was no paper for receipts. The people working there were playing while making food, so it's my guess that this is why they couldn't count to 3. I'm never going back to this sorry excuse for a restaurant.

Not enough gravy.no matter what size you get and discontinued wet naps.how do you get the grease off to drive to a sink if your at a park with closed bathrooms or in your car ect.

Customer service was great. Now I'm not saying they do this all the time but when I got a 12 piece for the fam it was so dang greasy. Don't put so much grease

Chicken was drier than the sand in the Sahara desert.
Soooo over cooked and hard as bricks.
Potatoes were ice cold. Biscuits were like trying to eat a rock.
But, the cold slaw was good.

So I have been to this KFC as both the doordash driver and as a customer. They always seem to be running a little bit slow although they don't seem short-staffed (I've worked in restaurants before so I know that it can look like there's a lot of people in there but really all of the positions aren't covered so if that is a baseless claim then the proprietors of this KFC can feel free to chime in), and I could deal with that but my problem is that they don't change the grease often enough and all of the food comes out tasting like 3 day old grease. Aside from that the employees I've worked with have always been super nice.

Wings weren't cooked. Took them back and got attitude from the employee. Not very clean inside

Girl at the window was rude. The chicken sandwich was so dry and hard I couldn't bite through it. It was as if it had been dropped back in the fryer a couple of times. More breading than chicken. AbsolutelyTerrible
