KFC, Santee CA

This place is absolutely disgusting. The kid at the window shouldn’t be employed. I hope someone sees this and takes their business elsewhere. I’ve spent 12.49$ once at this place and it will be the last time ever again.

Went thru the drive thru. Only got half my order. The employee working the window had no idea what was even on the menu. Spent $40 on 8pc chicken strips. Ridiculous. Never again.

Well, the woman taking the order at the drive in was the opposite of helpful, downright rude theoughout the entire ordering process, AND to top it all off, they sent me off with an entire meal missing from the order after I had asked, "is this everything? "

4 PC Chicken When I got home the chicken was old and nasty the meat was dry, and the breading was lumpy like it was triple dipped. I use to work for KFC so I know when the chicken is pass it time it should of been tossed. What we did to keep the food cost down we would only cook a what we would need for that hour and before the timer runs out a new batch is pulled up and old batch is out. I can see that this isn't happening anymore do to the high cost ofFood, so now the quality of the food is out the door.

Dirty places, horrible experience, bathroom super nasty, weird people attending in the cashier, chicken taste horrible, greasy. Table were all dirty and places was dirty as well.

I deliver for you guys and I must say everytime I go their the order is always ready, thank you so much for valuing our time and having the food ready, employees are always super cool. Great job

Arrived around noon.food was hot and delicious.a restaurant employee actually came and greeted me! Her name was annamarie.she then proceeded to clean all the tables and the drink station.wow, what service! Excellent!

KFC is what it is. Food is good
Not the place to go if your on a budget.
Its clean, fast, and the employees are friendly, they put forth effort to make sure the order is complete.

Waiting in line 15 min while they cook chicken for the order in front of me. This is after I told the clerk I didn't want to wait 20 minutes for a pot pie. I ordered something else. I no idea they wouldn't ask to people to move out of line

Although they don't have the 20 dollar fill up bucket anymore. Still a favorite of mine too go to when I don't fill like cooking dinner.

Me & dog coming from vet. Stopped for a 'refresher' B4 walk to trolley. Ordered a 1 piece (also in box a roll & mashed taters. It was a dark meat thigh. Ate few bites pus extras & fed rest to og. She liked it!

Bad drive Thur service, chicken old tasting and biscuits hard shame cuz use to have a great staff before covid hit 2 yrs ago

Wouldn't order spicy chicken sandwhich just reg spice.spice tastes odd? Prices have gone up!

Was denied bathroom use at this location I am a loyal customer here at the Santee location super disappointed and told because it gets messed up from people that we have to purchase something to use it. It’s unfortunate that I will no longer come here I have tipped the drive thru workers plenty of times just to be nice and make someone’s day. I will be calling corporate because using the restroom is a basic need this is discrimination just like the Starbucks lawsuit! How sad!
