KFC, San Ramon CA

This place is garbage, could not understand the drive thru, still got order wrong. Food looks horrible. Bad service / bad food = no good

Unpleasant experience at KFC. I ordered a bucket and a side of fries online to pick up, and my order was accepted But when I went in to pick my order, I was told there were no fries available and they insisted that I pick from other sides instead. No fires order or no whole order canceling accepted. At last the manager accepted to provide more chicken, while refused before (2 pieces for &12 fries order!?

Only could order a 2 or 3 Piece meal. Ecerything els was nlt available. When the lady missed items on the order she just kept saying its nlt on the reciept u ril ahe closed the window on me. When we got home the pieces of chicken where soooo small and greasy. Save your money and go someplace els.

I love KFC! This is my 2nd time in my entire life i had KFC and never a dissapointed. Fresh and crispy chicken for a quick meal.and reasonal prices.great! The customer service at this location is just Amazing! Staff are always smiling and this shows the owner cares about their employees! Good job! Will continue to give business to this store.

Place your order, peeps! Place your order.you will get what ya get, or I should say you will get what they want to give you. Oh, and don't ask for a fix. An order of 5 people and 1 order was correct.

Went there for a 8 piece meal at around 8: 45pm, for a 8 piece meal, was suppose be around 30. But the lady charged me 38.58. Was going to complain, but it's better to take my money, and I'll post my true review. Food is good but will rip you off on debit card, check your receipts. Or bank statements if they don't give you receipts.

Sometimes, you need meals, going through sad family events. We had a great couple of dishes from this place. A lot of us have not eaten kc over 20 years. Did not let us down.

This of a much better KFC than the one nearby. The chicken are freshly fried, not over cooked. And my order was correctly filled. I will rather drive further to this store than the other KFC nearby.

Food is good like any other kfc.
Been there like 50 times and 4 of them was terrible service only one time had a good service

Last Monday we came to the KFC in San Ramon to order a meal in a drive-thru and the employees were very rude, rude, and unprofessional. She angrily took our food order, we were afraid to even order drinks, and my kids ask me why talking to us like that was such a bad experience at KFC. This was the last time we come to eat at KFC. And also the food was horrible.

Ordered 12 Pc.family meal extra crispy, and 75% of the pieces were extra DRY! Some were almost as tough as leather. Too far to drive back so I just won't go back there for a long while. This happened 8/1/22 @ 4: 30 PM. Maybe this is the time you should avoid. Never the less this was bad!

Unprofessional and disrespectful manager “Juan”. Food is absolute garbage here. Bad food, bad service, bad everything.

Very bad experience with the food, ordered chicken sandwiches and chick fillet in most of the sandwiches are not properly cooked and my order has two bag of fires which was not packed as part of my order and I couldn't go back as I have some other work to take care.
I am not going to this restaurant for my future orders

This is the Worst branch of KFC. The chicken have NO FLAVOR (Original). The extra crispy have too much flour! The drumsticks have a lot of broken bones! Very slow service. I won't recommend this branch to anybody.

KFC is okay but I'm not a huge fan. We did try their new chicken sandwich which I had the spicy one and that was actually fairly spicy but overall not a big fried food fan so wrong guy for this. Staff is friendly but the dining room was closed but they let us sit there anyway.

Poor customer service & prices increased with minimal meals, will never return to this particular location.

Chicken was not that good didn't put utensil in my bag for mash potatoes. Food was just okay. Use to be a really good KFC. Maybe just having a off night. Wish they reopen there inside.seeing that I am vaccinated.
