KFC, San Diego CA

The only reason this isn't 5 stars is the drive thru staff does not have access to air conditioning. The extreme heat wave we are experiencing makes this unacceptable. The food was good and the staff was friendly.

Didn't know their own menu, i ordered a 5 peice tender big box which comes with 2 sides, but they said that it didn't so they charged me for an extra side, when the website clearly says 2 sides

Never had a problem with my orders until now, bought a 3pc meal, so arriving at my work I open the box. And there’s was only 2 pcs and they charged me the 3pc meal, it’s far my work and the place so I’ll leave it like that

No grilled chicken breast. Was informed it will take 30min. Settled for original and this is what I got. ‍️ unreal.

BEWARE HOURS ARE WRONG! My husband was craving kfc for dinner but we don’t live near one. We haven’t been to one in years so we double checked the hours before leaving and after 30 minutes of arriving they were closed at 7pm? Online it states they closed at 9pm. What a waste of time! Update your hours!

They accepted my friends EBT but not mine. Told my account was terminated. Lies. I had and have funds.
The chicken breast was good. My friend shared with me. Moist and crunchy. Mmm-good!

Lets start with it took FOREVER for them to take my order. We got the 16 piece meal and they forgot to give us our 8 biscuits.
And to top it off, the chicken was super old and dry.

The worstest food that I have ever had, the chicken pieces were really awful, I will never buy from kfc in US, I have tasted KFC food in India, it will be really good their but here in US, it is the worst.

They must’ve changed mgmt, because I’ve been going to this location for years besides the last few months and have never had watered down MacNcheese, a dried out drumstick and a window worker who with gloves dropped most of my condiments afraid to put them in my hand

The ugliest, most careless piece of "food" I've ever had the misfortune of paying money for. Never again.

I was out and about with family and stopped in here to pick up a family bucket to take home. Place was not busy at all it being a late Sunday afternoon.

Staff was friendly. Service was quick. I was in and out pretty quickly. Food was typical KFC, good and hot.

Every part of my experience is good except. Carolina/Caroline. She either 1 hates people or 2 hates her job. It reflects in her condescending voice and response. This is 4 out of 4 times she has been rude. If shes a good manager have some1 else manage the drive thru

Ordered food by Uber Eats ($40 worth of food), arrived fast BUT I threw all the food in garbage! It tasted so bad! Feels like it was cooked last month and reheated 10 times before I received it. I took a bite and my stomach hurts as hell now. Avoid by all means!
