KFC, Folsom CA

I’m extremely disappointed with thee quality of the chicken pot pies. I just bragged to my business associates on how great the pot pies were from KFC….
I ended up picking up pot pies. My partner’s and myself were very displeased and disappointed on how dry the pot pies were…. This was my first time since moving to Folsom I’ve been to this location…. It’s as if they we’re sitting around all day and constantly reheated…As a multiple businesses owner, quality and and customer satisfaction is the utmost importance along with great customer service…. I hope owners and management see this if they care and will rectify the problem and respond…. I’m not the kind of person to complain but if this was happening at one of my businesses, I would appreciate someone telling me….
I like to keep my business locally but I also like quality, as my clients and associates do as well….

My brother and I visited here for lunch and it was understandable that the lobby was closed for being short staffed, but our experience with the food could not have been a result of the same staffing problem.

I asked for their 3 piece chicken box, but lo and behold there was a leg and a wing, which I believe is only 2 pieces of chicken.

The A&W Root Beer and the Diet Pepsi we got to drink turned out to both be root beers (despite the "diet" bubble on my brother's lid being pressed in, and mine wasn't so it's not like they thought we both got root beers), which were bland and not really carbonated. The chicken was alright though, although it was also a little bland.

But to be fair, the biscuit was good, and the lady who took our order seemed nice, even if service wouldn't be considered "outstanding". Still, I would not recommend coming here unless you plan to dine in the lobby (which you can't currently due to said staff issues), that way you don't discover the mistake with your order until you're already home.

Horrible food and management! Will NEVER visit this location again! Don’t see how this location stays in business, had a bad experience before but decided to give it another try! Same bad experience! Don’t normally complain or leave bad reviews this time felt I had too! For the most expensive fast food on the planet you would think they would care about the quality of their food and customer service, both are terrible at the Folsom Iron Point location!

Fast food nothing special, chicken was a little dry.lobby was closed drive thru only. What makes this worth doing a review for this particular store is the service, both the young men that helped us were very polite and helpful, which I greatly appreciated.

Ordered some food here for a lot of money i mind you. The quality of the chicken was not very good.it was hard and stale. The chicken tenders were very hard to eat. The service at this location is not good at all.don't bother coming to this location.

One of the best tasting Kentucky Fried Chicken places. Chicken taste really yummy and not stale and usually they have stuff available. I can tell they're usually fry in fresh oil because some other places you can tell they have use old oil and the food is over fried and stale but this is like the best KFC in the whole Sacramento area that I found maybe there are others but I went to several other ones and they're like garbage.

My girlfriend regularly comes to this location and is satisfied with the food. She has never received an incorrect order like some reviewers and she really enjoyed her chicken sandwich. I think the regular recipe breading is a bit salty but we get the extra crispy and that seems a bit more tolerable. We use the GrubHub pickup option (her employer gives out gift cards) and it's always ready when we arrive. I worked at Chester's Chicken in EDH back in the day which I think was the best, but unless you make it yourself, it's hard to get a good fried chicken anymore. Nice to still have KFC around though!

Kentucky fried chicken dinner is a happy memory from my childhood! Everything was fast and perfect!

Sticker shock! Price has actually doubled from what we usually pay for the same order. At those prices, we won't be back. Plenty of more reasonable places to eat.

This place had the BEST Spicy Crispy Chicken Breast and reasonably priced. It was an actual chicken breast and NOT a pre-formed patty from chicken byproducts.
Also got a large fry and it was the largest fry container I've seen.
In addition, when I got to the bottom of the fries they were still Hot! That's a new one for me.
This will definitely be our place to go eat lunch each time we are down in Folsom, CA

Mountain Dew Lightning is one reason to like KFC. Other than having to wait for cook time once in awhile this is a good KFC. Also an A&W location so you can get good A&W stuff too.

Seems that at the drive through I always am directed to wait in the parking lot for simple orders. This time it was onion rings. Previous times it was other items.

I've worked with Mickey, Eric & Clay, they all worked to get me the best trike. I have sciatica and I'm hoping my new recumbent trike will help me keep my mojo back.

All the bad reviews are real.
Food quality here is below average.
I ordered two piece thigh and leg meal around dinner time. Chicken was so greasy, old and dry. Probably had been sitting there for hours.
Mac and cheese was dry and tasteless. Probably the worst I've ever had.
Will not recommend.

Ordered 8 piece chicken meal. When I got home and opened up the bucket, there was only 7 pieces of chicken, a thigh was missing, chicken was good but not delicious. The cole slaw was so soupy, tossed it, I think that happened from being out on top hot potatoes in bag. The mashed potato, it came with one and I wonder if it was from day before? The gravy was thin. What has happened to kfc, this is the first time in many years we were very disappointed.
