19 Chicken getting tougher and tougher. Never remember dipping sauce. Pleasant cashier but forgetful. Waited 1/2 hr past est time for online order service. However the homeless man in the bathroom with his cart was a bit unnerving.
Don't sell 1/2 gallon beverages anymore.
This location has gone down hill. Fountain machine wasn't working correctly. 1 employee was rude while ordering our meals. The past few times we have been there they always seem to be out of something.
This place sucks its always out of chicken and tonight we sat in the drive through for 10 min they never came on to take the order and tried to call to let them know we were waiting they wouldn't answer the phone. Last time we visit that place
Ordered ahead online for 4pm. Order wasn't ready. They didn't finish it because there was no french fries. I know my order has my number unsure why they couldn't call, it was not busy. Always a headache when I come here.
The people here were nice just the place it's self was really dirty an not taken care of
Went through the drive-thru, ordered two meals with drink. We asked for Mr. Pibb and a Pepsi. We drove away and I checked the bag. There was no plastic ware, and.the drinks were WATERS!? We went back through the drive-thru and asked for forks (required utensils for a pot-pie and mashed potatoes). They stated they were out of forks. "Why wouldn't you tell us that when ordering so we could order something else? " Also.we ordered and PAYED for sodas not water (which is free). "We are out of your selections. " ️ Then why wouldn't you tell us so we could NOT have to pay for something we weren't getting? What if I hadn't checked the order? We drove around to park and went inside for a full refund. They wanted everything back. What the! What happened to "WE ARE SO SORRY SIR, ALLOW ME TO REFUND YOU AND YOU KEEP WHAT YOU GOT. LET US COMP YOUR NEXT MEAL" NO THATS NOT WHAT HAPPENED AT ALL JUST A BUNCH OF B. S. EXCUSES AND LAME COMMENTS. I AM STILL FLABBERGASTED. UNREAL!
I felt like I got rush, the chicken was so soggy in grease. I didn’t even get my drink with my order. All the prices from online don’t match up to what they have there.
Well the service was OK. CAN I SAY ONE WORD!

In the dining area there was one in the dining area.now if there's one U ALL KNOW THERE'S MORE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
They were amazing. The staff made it a point to interact with me while I was sitting alone. Clean. And the food was fresh.
I would like to say that Eddie was an awesome person had a good personality. A good attitude really made my night when I got my food he should get a raise. Everybody should should be in good spirits are the hours that they work still having a positive attitude thank you Eddie for everything.
I ordered a 4pcs xtra crispy and I got home just to find out the breading is not completely cooked.
Came her for take in and the place is so so dirty and there was only one table with people, the service took for ever, the floors were very dirty, like no one take care of the place
I ordered a Big Box 3 piece meal and received 3 pieces of cold chicken and a biscuit. NO SIDES OR DRINK. I asked for a refund since I had already spent 20 minutes waiting for my food in the drive thru. The "manager" proceeded to ask me how much I was charged. I had no clue since I didn't receive a receipt, he opened the register and handed me $13 and said, "It was probably $11 but I'll give you $13 for the inconvenience. " I went home and checked my bank account. I was charged $13.47. This location has drastically worsened and they need new staff or new management. I will never be coming here again.
Apparently this is to go only.my van to tall for drive thrus and employees dont even look up if you knock.
Worst ran KFC in town. The employees are immature kids that lie to customers and say will take 2 minutes and your stuck there waiting 15 minutes for your food.
Drive thru closes 10pm, I was there 9: 25pm and kid on speaker tells me he’s been by himself all night and decided himself to shut down early, would not take my order. Horribly ran store. The owner must be absentee and does not care about his business.
The manager was very helpful when I asked for another order and when he checked my food for the mistake he apologized and corrected my order. Very professional and the food was delicious
I work fast food and was very shocked at the way this location goes about there job. I went about 2 weeks ago and the young boy working drive thru was so rude and rushed me to order after i told him i’m looking at the menu.he claimed they didn’t have anything i wanted to order so i just I decided to go somewhere else with good attitude employees.today i go back hoping it’s someone different with better customer service but i was wrong, still the same boy with the same attitude.very rude definitely should not be working drive thru he should be in the back cooking away from customers.definitely not going to this location anymore.

The kid working there was very rude. I wanted chicken considering it was KFC and he told me there was no chicken. I had to wait 35 minutes if I want to chicken. I wasn't upset about the chicken part it was because he was so rude. Will not be coming back I'll find another KFC
