KFC, Grass Valley CA

Had the worst customer service there, both manager and workers were rude and argumentive will never go back. Don't recommend at all.

Terrible experience. I've seen employees yell at customers waiting 30+ minutes for small orders. Orders are frequently wrong. Employees don't care.

I waited in a long drive thru line only to get the wrong order. I went back to try to get the correct order only to be greeted by rude employees whom would not exchange my order they told me to go back and wait in a long drive thru line again to get the correct order after bringing me the wrong order to my car. I asked for a refund they refused to give me a refund unless I waited in the long drive thru line as well. The management wasn’t any better as I had to go back the next day to get a refund! Don’t go there it’s extremely bad customer service!

From poor customer service to the lack of food quality and constant incorrect orders. This place is a overpriced joke! I will never eat there again. Horrible!

So I’ve never been to a KFC that doesn’t allow all dark meat orders for a $26.99 bucket of chicken. Pretty pricy for not being able to get what you want. According to the drive through operator it’s against store policy. Really weird policy if you ask me. And let’s talk about the price! I can get the SAME thing at Safeway for $12.99 and get exactly what you want.

Ordered 8 piece bucket fill up from KFC in Grass Valley, Ca. Was told it would take 25 minutes for extra crispy. Shorted us one of the mashed potatoes and gravy, got no butter or honey for the biscuits, no napkins. Chicken was tough and tasteless. Maybe they forgot the spices. Cost was supposed to be $20 + tax, but when got home saw they charged $25.99 + tax totaling $28.20. Not the first time, but rather almost always this location has completely failed. Corporate should intervene.

We got a chicken dinner with overcooked dried out chicken breast and the biscuit was dry and hard. We live in Colfax, ca. This was purchased for dinner. Took it back the next day and couldn't get a refund because we didn't bring it back the same day.

This place is the reason there should be negative stars. Worst KFC ever! Fast food does not apply here. At least 20 minute wait for original recipe chicken if you want more than 2 pieces. Once was told original recipe wouldn't be available for 3 hours. Customer service is horrible and apathetic. As per KFC employee, "go to Auburn" if you want KFC! Cannot believe this place survives in Grass Valley. KFC Corporate needs to take this place over or discontinue their franchise!

Arrived at 10: 36AM to find the doors locked. Time on door and online says they open at 10: 30AM. I called them and the girl who answered said they had 2 call ins and were not opening until at least 30 more minutes. There were 2 other cars that arrived when I did. KFC lost out on some business.
Will not return to this location.

I went to KFC in grass valley, ca and they never have no chicken.then when i do order i have to wait almost an hour in the parking lot after ordering in drive thru and the chicken pieces are from miniature chickens.

My son got really sick after eating there last night! 12/4/2019. You have a lot of bad reviews. Per the manager. Find out what is going on and stop this. This is really bad for business! Also staff meeting to problem solve! Everyone wash your hands! My son is coming in today. Let’s hope he doesn’t Ralph all over your floors! He will let you know how he feels!
