This particular KFC store prides itself on customer service. Products are relatively the same from one store to the next. But, it is the attention to detail that makes a store standout. However, with that said, due diligence on your part is still required.

Anyone who has ever had KFC knows how good this chicken is. The biscuits, the taters and gravy are awesome, and the new chicken nuggets are to die for it.

I ordered from this KFC already two times. I ordered from this place thinking I can give them a second chance both times I received soggy chicken. This place needs to be looked at and needs better management the guy I talked to couldn’t even provide me with his name or the corporate number to complain about his customer service very unprofessional. I just got done paying 65 dollars for the chicken and just wanted the mistake corrected but no what I received was a rude supervisor. I do not recommend you eating at this KFC to anyone.

Waited for 45min in the drive thru before I got my food. Items were missing. The only good thing about this location was the girl that helped me out after my order was messed up. I didn't catch her name but she was amazing. I give her alone 5stars.

My husband and I were very welcomed by Toni she is extremely welcoming kind friendly and provided excellent customer service! We will be returning for our family night meals! Thank you again Toni!

Long waits all the time i come here. Longest waits ive ever done in a drive through ridiculous

They only carry coleslaw, no other sides and they don't tell you about it so you get home and realize you have lettuce mayo. Disgusting.

I placed an online order to pick up at a set time I arived to pick up and the order was not ready. The whole purpose of an online order is to avoid the wait time. I had to wait an extra twenty five minutes for my order.

We got there at 6: 00 p.m. And nobody came so, we left at 6: 20. Because the employee's were just ignoring us and there also was a person behind us and a lady waiting for and honey and nobody attended to us.

Please be aware of this KFC I got food poisoning from this location the chicken tenders I advise everyone to be very careful

Terrible, my order was incomplete and not the first time, was treated with disrespect by super vicer Mr Herman if that’s his real name, was promised a extra large dish by so call manager Casandra that was not there when went back to claim my order. Mr Herman did nothing to make the customer happy instead was treated with disrespect and rudely, As a business owner once my self my customers always came first and where treated with respect.

Not the Same KFC anymore! Plus I don't think they use their 11 herbs and spices anymore.

Coming back from a riding trip we stopped at KFC just to seat and listen an employee yelling at another customer because he didn't like how he asked him how long til his food was ready. Really uncomfortable experience

Went through drive thru tonight and got home and noticed my large coleslaw wasn't in the bag. I immediately called the location and was told that they would provide me with my missing coleslaw as well as another large side for the inconvenience. Got back to the store and spoke with the manager, Toni, and she was very polite and attentive and quick to solve the issue.with a smile.
Her customer service was superb from beginning to end.

She's definitely an asset to the brand!

New staff after COVID are friendly and the food is tasty. The eat in area is still pretty sparse with lots of empty floor space. More seating would be great.

I convinced my husband to eat there since he had eaten it before and I loved it but he didn't want to, in the end he said ok and we went to buy the biggest basket they had, to my surprise it's the worst chicken I've ever tasted in my life without exaggeration, an extra moist dough, nothing to do with crispy and I asked for a mix and they gave me everything just as sad, if I could upload a video of this chicken so you can understand what I'm talking about, now I have 16 pieces of chicken that nobody wants eat.
