KFC is awful. The asian supervisor is disrespectful to customers. They never have items you want. Who ever does the ordering is doing a good job, NOT! No one was at the front counter for 5 min. Supervisor was just sitting in office. Not aware of his surrounding. Only 2 people working an he was sitting. All 4 customers just looked at each other. I left, Closed it down. Put a Taco Bell. Asap.
This place almost always forgets something but they usually rectify it quickly or add something for your trouble.
Seems like they’re short on help, but the chicken nuggets were pretty good. Everything else was so-so.
Famous bowl was okay, was odd it was cheaper to just get the combo than use the coupon and buy a drink.
Do yourself a favor and just go to another KFC food is terrible chicken dry poor customer service it's like they don't want to be there I gave this KFC multiple chances I'm done the other KFC restaurants in Oakland are way better don't waste your time and money
