KFC, Lathrop CA

Ordered online at 12: 54pm, food was expected to be ready for pickup at 1pm, get to the drive through window to pick up my food at 1: 03pm only to have them ask me to park in the front. I parked up front and waited until about 1: 17pm when I started calling their customer service line to address this issue as it's not the first time this has happened. About 1-2 mins later after being on the phone someone came out with my food. If your ordering expect a wait even if there is no one in the drive thru or inside.

Have not had KFC in a very long time. Chicken still taste like it did. But cost a lot more. They were not very helpful when trying to get a deal that was only on the app. We could not figure out how to add the sides. Took me about half hour, sat in parking, to figure out how to add sides. Not really worth the hassle but wife was craving KFC.

Friendly, but took a while to receive our food. And we weren't the only ones waiting. I was going to state if they went out back to hand pick the chicken, cut it up for parts to make it. It took a while and didn't receive biscuits.

Food is overcooked, chicken was dry. French fries felt like they've been seen there all night. Just needs better service.

I would advise everyone to avoid this kfc! The food is never good and one time we saw the employees drinking! It is not safe for food consumption.

I went there 4 times, and all the times, something was missing. Today they told me that they are going to made me a refund that I need to come inside, and I said no, my kids are sick. That's why I use the drive thru. Super terrible costumer service. They give you whatever they want. Every time is missing something.

Drive through gave us cold burgers and hot sodas, also missing fries. We took it back and the re-made burgers were not even what we ordered, still failed to give us fries and dismissed us at the window to just wait in the front when no one was even in line at the drive through. Customer service sucked, the food sucked and never got all that we paid for! Do NOT recommend.

This particular KFC needs to be shuttered until a new management or owner can be found, for the last 5 to 8 years this place has more trouble filling a chicken order than a steak only restaurant, it's rediculous and I've been to quite a few KFCs over the years. Most of the employees are nice people, this is 100 percent a owner management issue.

I give this kfc a zero star rating!
They never get your order right and they are closed half the time for some reason they require you to pay by card or exact change

The customer service at this place is trash. There chicken also smells they dont have good quality here these people are serving foul food. I complained her about the food she did not listen and just closed the window.

This place is a complete joke. 5: 00 pm told I would have to wait 35min for a 2 piece and a 3 piece box of chicken. Every time I come to this KFC they are either out of what you want or wait time is ridiculous. They did better when their lights were completely off before. They definitely need to go out of business or sell this store to someone who wants to sell chicken.

I have gone 3-4 times in the last 6 months and each time the service is as bad each time. Every time I have went (around 530pm) I have requested a pot pie combo and their response is always the same. 35 minute wait. So this time I ordered the chicken sandwich combo in lieu of what I wanted and they served me fries that were so old that they were chewy and tasted dehydrated. The chicken was dry and chewy as well. I won't be back.

The worst service I have ever had, this KFC has horrible service, there employees have bad attitudes and don't do there job

Just shut the place down already. Last visit was over 2 months ago. Today it's the same thing. Served yesterday's food. Biscuit that was made over the weekend. Chicken that was refried to warm it up. Such a gross place. 16dollar lesson learned to get my chicken strips at a burger place instead.
