KFC, Fresno CA

First time here on Nov 15 and would have to say service is pretty bad. Elderly lady in front of me said she'll never come back.
Our cashier was good, but she was so occupied with helping back end that there were long delays - it wasn't even busy. There was a younger guy in the back prepping the food - and he worked like he was hobbling on 1 leg, 1 arm and no fingers. He had a bad attitude towards his own team, to the customers, and seemed like he didn't want to be there at all. It took him a long time to complete orders, which delayed front end.

I'm sadly to say the Manger who i saw at 7: 41pm was A told bicth it all started with getting extra gravy then i went to tell them bouth of my soda was flat i sergs

The person who took my order was very polite and courteous and got the order 100% correct. The chicken however was below the KFC standards I'm familiar with. Extra crispy is supposed to describe the battered coating, but what we had was not crispy at all. It was more oil logged than I've ever had at a KFC. Maybe fryer not set properly. Too far to go back to swap it out. It did make me wish I'd gone to Raising Cane's instead.

We stopped by to try the new Hot and Spicy wings. Since we arrived close to closing, there was none prepared. However Lucky (Lukwinder) kindly dropped us a fresh batch. Their customer service was amazing, they were kind and attentive. We ordered three orders!

Me and my wife ate here and were very disappointed. The spicy chicken sandwich was AWFUL. And her chicken was dry and fairly cold. Will not be going back. Also they only had 2 or 3 people working. They’re kitchen was very dirty.

The lady taking orders rushed us so much that I pulled out and left. I asked for a moment to look over the new items and after I ordered 1 item she would say "will that complete your oder. " She did this after each item, (3) Like girl, breathe let me look. I'm gonna drop like $60 and ur rushing me? I'll take my money elsewhere.

Pretty good place accidentally got charged for soneone elses order but they were nice and fixed it.good comfort food

Not a peace of chicken in the entire Pie. “Chicken pot pie “or potato and carrot pie? Not the first time! Very sad

On vacation passing through these people are not capable of getting you back on the road without robbing you for an hour of your time for some chicken strips. Manger and staff are just playing around. I had to get off my truck and go stand in front of the counter for them to start boxing my food.

They gave us the coldest old chicken strips I ever had. Specifically ask for fresh food.we couldn't eat but we ward to far to go back,

Ummm. This place could use some work. I know it's just fast food but.still. Guy on drive thru was rushy and not personable. Got our food, which was the 9piece double mash deal (9piece drum+thigh, 2 large mash and gravy + 4 biscuits). The large mashed potatoes were just a regular serving in a large container and lots of visible powder in them still. Biscuits were completely raw. It wasn't busy either. I would drive a few more miles to another location next time.

Ordered thru drive-thru and ended up being totally disappointed with the coleslaw and biscuits. The coleslaw was spoiled it had a weird color and kinda looked gooey. Biscuits and slaw not fresh at all!

Good service. Clean. Not crowded. Maybe just tired of it. It was ok. Good flavor not great. Could be just had my fill already. Used to be my favorite food.
