Literally been waiting for my food for 30 minutes on my own Doordash order when my food was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago. They told me it was a 15-20 minute wait. What's the point of them accepting Doordash orders when they can't even be on time? Horrible staff. Fire them all and replace them with competent decent people who knows who m good to go their jobs.

I found the cashier lady at drive through So rude. She was staring at me while I was just picking my food up. She doesn’t know any customer Service. Probably she works afternoons. Bit old mid aged. Had a bad experience

The order was messed up which was understandable since it was busy but the manager was kinda rude to me and employees

I loved KFC for the past 35 years! This specific place is really great. The staff are very kind and funny. The only downside, which goes for all KFC franchises are the prices! So expensive nowadays but it’s worth it.

KFC should hire someone who knows how to take order and talk to customer hope someone teach her how to behave with customers, even she doesn’t know how to smile

Ok, I'm here in town from Georgia due to a family member in the hospital. So we decided to swing by KFC to grab a family bucket with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and corn. Get up to the window to pay, he says $50.00, it was a little more, just my mind shut down when he said $50. Are you serious? I said no, only 1 family bucket. Yep, that's 1 family bucket with the sides. $50+. No way am I paying $50 for a bucket of chicken, and none of you should. I drove away, went over the fwy to safeway. Got cooked roasted chicken, 12 pack Hawaii rolls, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, can of corn, and half gallon of fruit punch. All of this for just over $30.00. No one should be paying KFC $50+ dollars for a bucket of chicken. This place should be boycotted, and get your chicken somewhere else.

Survice was okay for the most part but 21 bucks for some chicken tenders to feed 1 person.no just no.

KFC has great food. BUT the prices are outrageously ridiculous! For a large coleslaw it's almost 8 or 9 dollars! Really? Come on. Everything has skyrocketed in prices yet the quality and size of Everything has decreased. Can't even enjoy a meal out without it costing you a weeks worth of pay.

Restroom is out of service. I ordered fries but, they didn’t give it to me. When I asked the cashier said, she didn’t charge for that and I have to go back end of the line and order again. When I was standing in line, I saw more than 10 flies in the store, flying in dining area.

Service is horrible here. I ordered online and went there to pick it up. Stood at the register, workers would come up to the register, then walk away without acknowledging me. I then stepped over to where the online pickup was and found the bag with my name on it and took it home. Upon opening it, I found that it was missing one of my pot pies. And in the chicken bucket, it wasn't what I ordered.

Was left waiting in parking lot they forgot to bring my order like he said had to go in and get and that was gross 20 plus flies buzzing your face once u get inside makes u wonder are flies at food areas? Like I said GROSS!

Overall on a scale of (1 to 10) the food is always (Warm & Delicious) to your liking.a (9) in my group rate. But they do need to (STEP- UP- WITH SERVING-CUSTOMERS)! There kind of (SLOW)! The place is (Always-Clean and I LOVE the -TASTE of the Flavors of Seasoned Chicken it is soooo (YUMMY- GOOD)! I can't get enough of it! Soooo what are you (All waiting on come on down & "SEE for yourself ". Location in (PINOLE-1544 Fitzgerald Drive) (KFC)! YUMMY (DELICIOUS FOOD)! Try it U won't (Regret IT)! I like (SWEET-TEA), plus SWEET- LEMONADE) (Not Watered down BEVERAGES)! WHAT ABOUT U ALL! Do Tell the "TRUTH ", who wants (WATERED DOWN BEVERAGES)! "I SURELY DON'T, but to each it's OWN? Do have a (BLESSED DAY AND ENJOY LIFE.

Went there 20 min. Before they closed and they hardly had anything’s available. No chicken tenders no chicken wings. You can’t just decide you don’t feel like making something because you close soon
